As he always has, Technician Mike Gant arrived on time and he completed necessary work very professionally...in this specific case after I had my driveway, patio and sidewalks...to retreat certain areas.

Bruce Thornton was our pest control tech had a very good experience with him . He keep us informed to when he was coming and when he was on his way. He answered all my questions. Definitely a 5 star

William has been great to work with, very accommodating, Today I called him to tell him something came up and I wasn’t going to make our scheduled appointment and he rearranged his schedule to come earlier. He’s always very pleasant and eager to get the job done. not only that, but it was William, who was able to troubleshoot why I wasn’t receiving the service I was Initially set up for with Florida pest control. As my problem is roaches, and for some reason, I had been put into the system as mosquito maintenance.. Now that Williams on the case, I believe he will be back in 10 days and we will finally get these roaches under control!! Thank you, William!! David Givens did my routine inspection; had great insight on a few issues in the house which he quickly addressed and also was toughtful enough to point out a minor issue in the siding of my house that i need to address to keep pests away. Great service!

Danny Savage confirmed my appointment the day prior and showed up at the time he said he would. He did his job efficiently and effectively. He is super nice and I’ve noticed we have had so many fewer bugs invading our home now. We are in the country and harvested our pine trees 2 years ago and had a real problem with spiders and bugs. Grateful!

Our current service tech is David Givens. He is excellent, always courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Once my wife asked him about a strange insect she found in our house. David took the time to take it back to his office to get information from there e perts.

Florida Pest Control came recommended to me by a friend. I live in a 100-year-old house and we had subterranean termites. The crawl space under the house is very tight, so the boss himself, Mike Bacon, came out to crawl under my house and spray. I met four folks with the company in the course of this work, and they were all great to deal with. No BS with any of these guys. Just honest and straightforward men who are there to get the job done. But friendly, too.

William showed up on time and was very friendly. Never had a preventative maintenance plan before so he explained what all he was doing and made us feel comfortable. Great first impression.

The technician, Mike Gant, who did our annual inspection was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He answered my questions and offered suggestions as to how to keep our house in its good condition and how to keep unwanted pests away. He also arrived when scheduled - always a plus! 5-stars!

This company was utilized by the prior owners of our home, and now we know why. They handle our pest control service with care and attentiveness. They are always willing to hear us out on any questions we have or issues that may arise when it comes to pests. They communicate with us when they're coming, while they are here, giving us updates on anything they may see that could require attention. Our tech, Austin really goes above and beyond to ensure our home is protected, and he is also highly personable. Everyone we have dealt with at this company has really made us feel valued. I have had Florida Pest Control since I bought my house more than 12 years ago. Bruce has been my main technician for the past several years. I have never had a problem with pests even though I have dogs. About a week ago, I walked out on my deck to see a small nest of giant black hornets — or maybe they were wood bees— developing. I called and Bruce came out right away. Problem solved, and the service was included in my semi annual maintenance. I highly recommend Florida Pest Control. Bruce is my tech, but all of the people there are nice and professional. I also had them to treat for termites a few years ago when they were swarming from the roots of a tree I took out next to my house. That wasn’t included in my normal maintenance, but I was happy to pay it, and it seemed reasonable compared to what other companies would have charged. I know I can rely on Florida Pest Control to keep my home free of bugs.

Mike Gant has provided me excellent service the past few years. He just did the most recent inspection May of 25' and again it was a great experience. Mike is very personable and service wise - he provided very helpful information and took the time to explain it. He has also been very prompt and went above and beyond communicating with me on arrival times so that I have been able to miss as little work time as possible to go meet him for service. A+ all the way around working with Mike Gant the past couple of years.

Mike Grant provided us with an email to let us know that he would be arriving with the date and time of our termite inspection. Mike is always professional and communicates well. We have a building on our property that didn’t get treated for termites prior to the final build and he explained what could be done at this point and will have someone in that department follow up with us. We always appreciate his complete and thorough inspections.

I had an 5 star experience with Ronderrius ! He went out his way to explain to me my service and was such a respectful young man. He has awesome customer service and was very diligent about doing my lawn. Even when I kept asking him questions about my lawn he answered all my questions and even gave me some recommendations the next time I have to do my lawn ! Overall, great service and great work on my yard !!!

Mike Gant came out to do our annual termite inspection on 6/4. He was very knowledgeable, letting us know that some wood damage we had was not termites (there were no issues with termites at all--our existing treatment was performing well), and explaining why and how the wood had rotted. He also pointed out some maintenance work that we could do with our landscaping that would help to reduce pathways into our home for bugs and other critters. Thank you for going above and beyond, caring about our home just as you would your own!
