Ralph is the bomb! He’s been spraying my home for over 2.5
years. Keep in mind my home was built with n 2022. With that being said. He has kept the bugs away inside and out. He very professional and down to earth. I recommend him highly. That’s my #1 bug guy, hands down! I want your company to thank Ralph for offering excellent customer service. To the family man, Hey Ralph and Hello to his wife!

Mr. Cody is awesome. He’s professional and knowledgeable about these bugs! He never hesitates to help me solve an insect issue. He texts me the day before his visits, which I appreciate.

Since using Capelouto, I've had minimum to no problems with pest in or outside of my house. My service techs are great in being attentive and thorough in maintenance service. Also, if for any reason you need them to come back, they will promptly get back to you. My current service tech is Vince Nelson, and he has been wonderful. He's very polite, thorough, and respectful of my property.

Capelouto is top notch at providing quality service and products. We have been thoroughly impressed with our serviceman, Chris M, and enjoy seeing him. Chris is extremely courteous, kind, and respectful. He will send us an alert the night before to notify us that he will be coming out the next day for an inspection/ treatment. This gives us the opportunity to clear up the yards and search for any potential problems that we need addressing. After service, Chris will send us a message letting us know what treatments were provided and / if he ran into any other problems (and explain what he did to correct them). Once in a while, during the summer months, we will have issues with ant beds and hornet wasps. Having pets and children, this can be worrisome. After a quick phone call, Chris will be here the next day (if not day of ) to eradicate the issue. Thank you Capelouto , and Chris, for keeping our home comfortable and safe.

I have been using Capelouto for over 25 years and have never had a problem. All the technicians have been courteous and nice and do their jobs well. Our technician is Grant and he is wonderful and always so personable and nice. Plus he does a very thorough job.

From calling the office to the services itself, Capelouto has the most kind and courteous staff. They will never leave a question unanswered and will work thoroughly to make sure your home is safe and secure from bugs and critters. While their pest control is outstanding, I would recommend them time and again just for their staff. Our technician is Taz and he is knowledgeable and professional every time!

Chris has been servicing our home for years! He is pleasant to work with and responds to our every need on the property! Hard worker, quick and efficient!

Today I met Chris, my new service technician. He let me know yesterday that he was coming, He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being polite and friendly. He inquired about whether I had any issues inside the house (I had none) and offered to spray inside my screened porch (I declined). He also spotted two ant colonies in the cracks of my driveway and took care of them. Very good service!

Capelouto has provided pest service for our family members for many years, at several homes and continues to do so. These people told me to continue my termite bond I would have to pay for the previous homeowners delinquent fees. Is this even legal? Great service from the technician, but I sure feel like I'm getting ripped off by basically having to pay two years to keep the existing bond. I would not recommend and will be using someone else when it's time to renew.

I noticed that someone from this company welcomed themselves into my backyard without my permission. I have never done business with this company in my life. The previous owner of this property had a termite bond which expired months ago and has not been renewed, so they had absolutely no business entering my property, especially without my consent. I have a dog that could've gotten loose if he were outside, so this is extremely concerning.
Since I was looking to get a termite bond on my home anyway, I called them to see if they waive the inspection, as it was already done for the previous bond that lapsed. You would think they wouldn’t mind working with me considering they violated my property, but no, apparently that’s too much to ask. Also, they claimed to have tried getting in contact with me a week before entering my property. No one left a notice on the door or anything, so did they really even try before taking the liberty of opening my back gate and digging up dirt in my front and back yard? Beyond unprofessional.
