He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Communication with Bruce is top notch. we receive texts and phone calls as to arrival time, services performed and any pest issues. Highly recommend him.

He was very transparent about how he was going to service my home, and answered every question my wife and I asked… he was also very friendly and professional. Kenny Horne did an amazing job treating my house for roaches. Very professional, super respectful and customer service. I highly recommend working with him at ProForce Pest Control.

They set slap traps without baiting them, they have left a on way trap on my roof for over a month, still have not removed it OR seal the holes. Manager is non responsive, breaks his word. I am livid since I paid over 1400.00 for this shoddy service and I live less than a mile and a half from their office. Call center is useless too.

Technician gave me 5 star service but home office failed to notify me to confirm the appointment time, thus I was not ready for service. I contacted office on 2 separate occasions using their in line portal, to modify the time, but Florida Pest never responded.

Very disappointed in my service. When spraying my back porch, they sprayed my pond which had ornamental shrimp in it and killed every single one of them (over 100). Probably between $300-$500 worth of dead shrimp. When I called, I was told the district manager (Brian) would call me back. He didn't. I called again, he did call me back ONCE, left a message. I immediately called back, he never returned my call again. Called the call center again and spoke to a manager there. They tried to call him and email him, and still nothing. I tried again 2 more times and still nothing. So I cancelled my service. If the District Manager can't take 2 seconds to call me back, they must be too busy and don't need my account. (I have videos and photos, but it won't let me upload them)

I've always been happy that Florida Pest Control shows up on time and they do a thorough job. If I ever have any problems, such as with fire ants suddenly appearing in the yard, customer service is easy to reach and a service tech responds to my needs quickly. Bruce from FPC has been taking care of our house for several years and I appreciate his attention to detail.

We’ve been using Florida Pest Control for our quarterly service for over five years and our technician, Bruce Thornton, is the best! Bruce is incredibly thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen to any concerns and explains what can be done to protect our home. Bruce goes above and beyond by sweeping cobwebs, knocking down mud dauber nests, spraying the perimeter, and checking our garage. He even brings a treat for our dog. Well done!!

At first, I didn’t know what to expect from my exterminator. once he arrived, we talked about the problems I was having in my kitchen, which turned into discussions about other things in common. my technician not only pointed out some things in the kitchen. He also checked other areas and enlighten me on certain aspects of how insects and pest work. all in all my technician was pleasant, kind respectable, and just all around good guy. you notice I’m saving the best for last, my technician’s name is David Gibbons.
Thanks to Florida pest control, and David Gibbons. He was the bomb!

Asha Anthony and Bruce did our home inspection and service. As usual, they were prompt and courteous. They asked if we had any concerns and took care of that. We have used Florida Pest Control for several years and have always been pleased with their service.
