The Restore Carpet Team did a fantastic job! They were on time (actually early), protected the corners of furniture and flooring coming into the carpeted areas. They were efficient, very effective and got the job done! Nice job!

Every detail of my experience with Restore was worth 5 stars! Peter responded very quickly after I sent in a request for an appointment. Communication was prompt and professional. Peter and Candy showed up ahead of schedule. They listened closely to learn about our problem zones. They worked quickly and took excellent care of the carpets but also took steps to protect the floors, corners and door jams near the rooms they were cleaning. I recommend them without hesitation and look forward to calling them again. Edited: Just used them again and still a 5 Star experience!

They were able to come quickly, I got an appointment less than a week after I called initially. They did a great job on my two rooms and couch. The carpets look amazing, and the pet odor has been removed. Super nice and easy to work with. Glad I got it done!

Restore Carpet Care did an amazing job! We needed our carpets cleaned the day we called and they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule. We had a bit of an odor when we moved into our new home and it smelled so nice when they left! They were able to take the stains out of the carpet with no problem!! Please use them!! They were wonderful.

I called Restore Carpet Care and Tile because I was very impressed by past reviews. I even joked with Pete about the reviews had better not all be written by his Mom. I have to say that his Mom should be proud of the way he works, but the reviews are real. I have two big shedding dogs and they have really done a number on our furniture. The chairs and two sofas came out beautifully. Watching them work, (Pete and Candy) they really treated the furniture like it was their own. I could not have been more impressed and I am not easily impressed. Please call if you are looking for professional yet personal attention. I could not be happier.

Couldn’t be more pleased! I was originally scheduled for a 2pm slot to get my carpets taken care of as part of a move out procedure. They called me the morning of and said they had some cancellations if I wanted to start early. I arrived at the apartment getting cleaned at 11:15 and was out by 12:30! They cleaned a bedroom and a pretty decent sized loft! Super professional, attention to detail, and just all around, good people. Can’t recommend enough!

In an age where so many online requests go ignored, it was refreshing to have used Restore's online option to schedule (request) an appointment. Shortly after on the same day, a pleasant person called me to set my carpet cleaning time. We were able to get our carpets cleaned within the next 2 days. They give you lots of reminders via text and email so there is no way you will forget the appointment!
Techs arrived on time, with a "we're on our way" heads up text. After an initial eval, they moved quickly and carefully ( and super-quietly!) throughout the house making use of floor protectors and corner bumpers. I don't recall ever seeing that level of protection when I used "the other guys" in the past. When all was done, they basically cleaned up in stealthy, ninja fashion. My carpets are cleaned, the cat approved, and we got on with our happy hour. Thanks y'all for a great job. Definitely would have you come out again.

Restore Carpet Care & Tile did a very good job cleaning my kitchen tile and my sofa and chairs. They were very nice and professional and I would recommend them and use them again.
