this morning mr. Robbie came over at 9 today did my three bedrooms in my hallway and my rooms look awesome very good clean. customer service great he on time and I really appreciate him all my rooms look nice and clean. And my carpet smell really good y'all got to try extreme!

Gary and Tim were AMAZING. They came early and did a fanominal job. They both were very nice and friendly even to my 1 year old son. I will definitely use extreme carpet clean in the future and will recommend them to ALL of my family and friends. Thanks guys for the awesome service.

Terrible business. I set up an appointment and was promised that someone would come out. Nobody arrived called or texted. Made another one just for the same thing to occur. There’s never anyone at the office you can’t drop anything off either. Terrible customer service.

First time I have used Extreme and they did a great job. Gary was nice, courteous, and extremely thorough in cleaning my carpets. He offered up advice and even took the time to answer my questions. I will be calling them back in the future! Thank you Gary.

This company booked an URGENT cleaning before school started. Then the office manager, Teddie, called the day before and changed the appointment to the following Saturday and then they NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called them and they told me they weren't coming because they were too busy in other places! I asked to speak to the owner, Jason, and was told that he was aware of the situation and it was doubtful he would call because he doesnt work on the weekends. They completely left me hanging not once, but TWICE. Extremely unprofessional service and attitude about it. I would get down on my hands and knees with a shop vac before I ever called them again!! If I could leave a negative star, I would.

We had a good experience with Robbie from Extreme Carpet. Though running a little late due to another job, he informed us ahead of time and let us know as soon as he was on the way. Robbie was polite and did a great job on the two rooms we had cleaned. We will use them again in the future.

My carpet in the hall way has a ripple and needs to be stretched. Robert was able to come out and fix it for me in the same day! He is polite, on time, and very good at what he is doing, and the cost is very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I used Extreme Carpet Care Inc. for my home and they did an amazing job! The office staff were extremely professional and were able to get me an appointment within 24hrs of my call. The crew arrived on time, and ready to perform their job. One guy came in first to explain the process, packages, procedures and pricing while the other got the equipment out of the truck. He helped us make a decision on which services to get and which to leave off. His estimate was EXACTLY what the office staff informed me that it would be. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful. This was our first time having a carpet cleaning service clean our carpets so their advice, and expertise was exactly what my wife and I needed! I will certainly use them again, and refer my friends and family to them.

Great service and great price. I called Extreme Carpet Care for an emergency cleaning two days before I needed it as I was moving out and did not realize I was responsible for the carpet cleaning. I called them during a very peak time (when every college student is in the process of moving) and even though they did not have any open appointments (like every other place in Tallahassee), they offered to squeeze me in between appointments during a time frame--no other place offered to do this for me, so I found that amazingly nice. They cleaned 5 rooms for a total of $80 and it looked great. Not only that, but the two guys who did the cleaning were very professional and nice. The great costumer service of helping us out in a time of need, and giving a great cleaning service, left me and my roommates very satisfied. I will definitely be referring them and using them the next time I need a carpet cleaning. Thanks, Extreme Carpet Care!

I can’t recommend extreme carpet care highly enough! Nick and Kelly were very prompt, and professional. I’ve used them before to clean my carpets and they’ve always done a fantastic job. Today I had them pressure wash my townhome and driveway and again they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their services.

I’m extremely pleased with the services I received from Extreme Carpet. The serviceman, Jarel, was very professional. He arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment time & he stopped to explain what was happening between the treatments. After he finished, he checked to see if I was satisfied with the final product.
I also received a follow up call from a company representative to inquire about my level of satisfaction with the work performed in my home. Jarel sent my carpet back in time to resemble the day it was first installed. I’m amazed at the transformation.
It’s clear that customer satisfaction and quality services are important to this company. That’s why I highly recommend Extreme Carpet without reservation.

Matt at Extreme Carpet Care showed up promptly on a Sunday morning to clean our carpets in our rental. Matt was very professional and thorough. He took his time to make sure were satisfied. I highly recommend this company and especially this technician.

I called Extreme to stretch carpet, clean carpet & power wash exterior of house. I had planned on power washing deck & drive myself. Gary did an amazing job stretching & cleaning the carpet. Had some tough areas to stretch & numerous pretty bad stains. I honestly couldn’t tell you were those stains were! Carpet looks amazing!! Nick & Chris came to do power wash. Did a fantastic job on the house & offered to also do deck & drive that I planned on doing myself. Soooo glad I had them do deck & drive also. They did s much better job than I would have, in a MUCH quicker time than I could do & all for an affordable price! I have been rehabbing homes in Jax for 10 years. This company has been responsive, courteous, capable & a pleasure to work with from the first phone call til the job was complete! I absolutely, highly recommend them!!

We were dazzled by the attention to detail and really great results when we had our bathroom tile floors and shower stalls and kitchen tile floors and cabinet tops cleaned. Ronnie, the technician who worked at our house, was so good-humored and thorough in explaining the process. He seemed as happy with the results as I was. And the price was extremely fair. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

My house was no easy task, but they made it look great! Everyone at this company is wonderful. Scheduling was super easy and they communicated super well. They cleaned my tile, grout, carpet and also the exterior and WOW what a difference. Thanks Teddi, James and Nick Harper!

I've used Extreme Carpet Care for several years now and they're phenomenal!! I have never had a cleaner show up on time, they are all AT LEAST 15 minutes EARLY and ready to start cleaning by the time the appointment is supposed to start. Today, I had Ronnie show up and he was 30 minutes early. I was just moving the last few things out of my house and he helped me move my stuff and even offerred to help me load my car. He was very polite and did a fabulous job!! Every carpet cleaner I have had come out has always been professional and efficient. I highly recommend this Extreme Carpet Care!

I've used Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration several times. They've always been thorough, timely, and incredibly nice. Everyone from this company who's cleaned our carpets have been dog lovers. Today, Justin cleaned our carpets and I think he did a better than anyone from Extreme or any other local company we've used. Older carpets + 2 kids +4 dogs = he did a fantastic job! We'll be sticking with Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration, and I highly recommend them, especially for homes with pets!
