Rob Johnson responded very efficiently to an emergency cleaning I needed done at my home. He got his staff, Robbie and Justin out there within 20 minutes of my call and they were absolutely amazing and professional. I would 10/10 recommend extreme carpet care!

This was my first time using a professional company to clean my carpet, I usually do it myself. I saw the ad in Ad/Max, with the upfront pricing and thought I'd give them a try. After reading the reviews online I called made a appointment, they came out the very next day. Justin was on time, polite, professional and did a excellent job. I'm impressed and will definitely use them again.👍🏼👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding service at a very fair price. The technician was prompt and polite. Communication was excellent with the young lady I spoke with via telephone. I was kept informed along the way and actually made a change to a time earlier than expected. The technician did a great job cleaning my carpets. The entire process only took a natter of a few minutes. My carpet was almost completely dry within an hour or so. I was glad they were able to get this done before Thanksgiving. I reccomend this company as highly professional!

I am only giving 1 star because it is required to leave a review. This business deserves a negative rating based on my recent experience. They left my mother's carpet saturated with soap and water, and with stains that were not present prior to their cleaning. The company made excuses and kept trying to bandaid the problem. They never corrected the problem, and we were forced to use a company with the skills, knowledge and appropriate equipment to correct the problem. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Very disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin this morning and my experience was awesome. He was very polite and professional. He took his time and cleaned my furniture and carpet, which by the way looks brand new again. I highly recommend this company.

The initial interaction was pleasant and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quick. I was scheduled for 5 30 in the evening. As I’m waiting for the crew at the apartment, I get a call from the crew saying they are on a detour and have to get an emergency property. This has no relation to me. I’m trying to move in to a place within the day and consider my situation to be as urgent because if the bedroom lined with the carpet doesn’t get cleaned with the odor in it, where am I to stay? The crew says it’ll be quick and then tells me if it’ll be past 6 15 they’ll call me. I get a call around 6 30 saying they are on the way and at 7 property begins to be cleaned. I have to come back and inspect the job because there were paper wraps in the cushions of the couch I ordered to be cleaned. Needless to say if the couch gets cleaned those things don’t remain, that among other things was still all over the couch such as hair, sand and dirt etc. simply not vacuumed. I call back in the morning because as I check the couch by running my hand on the cushion and checking the smell, it is still close to putrid. The person picking up the phone is Teddi who kindly takes my call and tells me all will be well and they will have someone come out at 5 30 to wrap up. 5 comes around and I call to check as to where the crew is and get connected to a person who can’t help in any way or confirm my appointment but can ‘take down my information’ a nice way of telling me to take a hike essentially. Saying the ‘the scheduling people will reach out to you shortly’. They didn’t and I called again only to reach the answering department. An ironic name for the department because no questions were answered and they also extremely calmly took down my information and also figuratively let me know to go take a hike. Someone will call you. I was made aware a multitude of times that it is past working hours and they can’t do much. Well I’ve let them know that at 8 yesterday past those supposed working hours, there was a person happily taking down my card numbers for a payment. If there’s another company available please use them.

I had a fantastic experience with Extreme Carpet Care & Restoration. Carson was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and ensured that the job was done to perfection. The results were outstanding—my carpets look brand new! This is the 3rd time I've used the company. This is the 1st time I am disappointed with the quality of service. Justin seemed to be in a rush. I have a recliner that needed to be throughly cleaned and it almost looks like it wasn't cleaned.

After waiting on another company to show up which they did but were late. I had to call Extreme to clean the carpets again for my daughter's apartment and spray some freshener to get what the other company's vape smell out. Highly recommend calling.

I have used Extreme Carpet Care for my rental units for many years and have been very satisfied. Recently I had them out to clean the carpets at my personal house and clean some outdoor furniture and the service tech, Gary did a very thorough and professional job. He was on time, courteous, worked quickly and paid attention to details. I would highly recommend Extreme Carpet Care.

A late night unexpected flooding of multiple rooms the day after Christmas was not on my holiday to do list, but thankfully I reached out to Extreme Carpet Cleaning-who actually do SO much more! I’ve talked to Ms.Teddi before as I arranged carpet cleaning, but on this night she was my angel. Near 11 in the evening she arranged for Bryson and Zach to come out after a full day of work. They were polite-and explained everything that they were doing. Ms. Teddi communicated with them throughout the experience-and was so caring towards what I was experiencing. Zach returned throughout the next two days to check on the moisture levels-Although Zach said he was newer to the company, he was a great representation of Extreme. Thank you Ms. Teddi, Bryson, and Zach!

Tim did an amazing job, but in top of that was possibly the most pleasant, positive and genuine person I could have imagined or hoped for. I was having my dad's room cleaned after his passing and it could have been stressful, but this experience was exactly the opposite.
I would and will recommend using Extreme, and if you are lucky enough to have Tim as your technician then your day will be brighter for it.
