I don't appreciate someone walking into my carport, especially when I'm not home to hang a flyer on my door. Use the front door instead of intruding into someone's space.

Why did I not call The Lawn Johns earlier? The first to respond to requests for quotes. The best prices of all the estimates. The initial visit with Marc was very pleasant. He listened to our concerns and offered his opinion with our choices. They were able to come out the very next day first thing and exceeded all of our expectations with their professionalism and work performance. Set up a regular maintenance schedule for the future. We could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Lawn Johns Yard Care for the past 3 years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. They’re always on time, professional, and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or needed to adjust the schedule. We've been using The Lawn Johns for over a decade for our yard maintenance and they've always done an excellent job and kept things looking very nice. Over the years, however, the trees in our front yard have become overgrown, choking out the sunlight and killing off the lawn, hedges, and pretty much everything else.

After removing the trees, we hired them to design our landscaping, lay sod, and plant some flowers. They also suggested we fix the drainage issues, which was well-worth it to ensure our yard looked its best. After getting the HOA approval, they quickly came in, completed the work very professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Since they completed the work, I have had at least a dozen neighbors compliment us on our new yard and how incredible it looks. The transformation is amazing as you can see in the photos.

I can't recommend The Lawn Johns highly enough, and you can't go wrong hiring them to do anything in your yard.

So I haven’t been able to take care of my yard due to surgery and my husband works 12-15 hours shifts in the hot sun so the yard truly got away from us. I am absolutely satisfied the service I received. They were on time, efficient and extremely professional. They asked me exactly what I wanted and double checked before doing anything. They not only leveled the yard and killed some snakes but they also left a row of flowers/weeds at my request because #SaveTheBees. They also dug up an invasive elephant ear while maintaining my philodendron. The owner Mark is amazing and his staff are so polite!

As a woman and a homeowner I’m always hesitant with lawn men coming to my house, especially when my husband isn’t home, but I felt very much at ease. I will be using their services moving forward.

I was very pleased with the service, price, and outcome of the job Lawn Johns was contracted to do at my home. I trusted them to clean up 3 large beds (weeding, spraying, trimming, laying landscape fabric, and mulching in my absence due being called out of town suddenly. These 3 beds were in terrible shape. They did the work and Marc sent me pictures when the work was complete. I’m very happy with the result.

I erroneously made a review on this company thinking it was a different company. They responded to my review immediately and reached out to me via email to help rectify everything. They were very helpful and friendly about the mix up!

If I could provide a rating of 0, I absolutely would. I have being a member with them for several years, paying bo weekly for the grass at my property in Tallahassee FL to be mowed. In fact it has been debted from my account faithfully.

Yesterday I recieved a call from the City of Tallahassee's Code enforcer in which the gentleman also sent me pictures threatening to fine me.

It looks like a complete jungle out there. It is obvious that I've been scammed for several months if not over a year.

When I spoke with the customer service, they didn't offer back one dime. They said I could pay for the next mowing service and they would waive the long grass fee.

I would think that if is been paying close to $60 bi weekly and the grass hasn't been cut for minimum of 6 months . That's $720 of my money.

They said it's my responsibility to check to make sure it's mowed. How is that even an option when I live several hours away.

When I signed up for the service I put in the notes that I wanted pictures each time. They only honored my request once.

Please just find someone else who is dependable and who hire people with integrity

A week later and still no resolve. It is amazing that a customer can be charged for a service they never recieved especially when the company requires the lawn care providers ( their contractors) to submit pictures of the yard prior to being paid.

So then that leaves the question as to how my yard could go a minimum of 6 months without being mowed although I have been paying for biweekly services since Dec 2019. This is willful neglect

I am updating my review and revising my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, ONLY because of their Customer Experience Specialist Megan H. She is extremly professional and relentless in providing great customer service. She reported pro that had not been upkeeping my yard and hired someone else to come in. She also got a refund approved for some od the mowing services that I paid for but wasn't provided previously. She is by far the most respectful and professional person at the company.

He did a very good job on my lawn. Left everything clean and great looking. I really appreciate him cutting the grass.
