Augusta Lawn Services did a great job installing pine straw and cleaning our plant beds. Tristan and Evan were very professional and explained the work they did after they were done. My boyfriend and I decided to hire someone to do our lawn when my self propelled mower stopped working. When they finally got around to us I was excited to come home and see my yard. Imagine my disappointment when I came home and saw that it was still very long. I shouldn't have the grass up over my feet to ny mid ankle. There were also weeds behind the acreen door that were not even touched. I'm pretty bummed out about it because it cost so much to get it done. I have decided I will just buy a new mower and do it myself. At least then I know it will be done properly

Landen himself, as well as his employees, are courteous and professional and he always cooperates obligingly to fulfill his customers' wishes. Horrible experience, company does not communicate and bills for services not rendered.

I was supposed to have service start the 3rd week of April, no one came. I called and was told I would start the 4th week. My service day came, no one showed up, I called again and was told someone would be out the next day.
I received service May 1st, didn’t see anyone on May 8th, or May 15th.
I called to cancel the service. Then, I receive a bill for all 3 days in May.
I have sent 7 emails and pictures, they have not corrected the bill, or even responded to any of my emails.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed!!

Raised price 20+% out of the blue. Weed eating and edging was sub-par.
Billing system was good but I never met so.eo e that worked for them.
Overall was not satisfied with their service.

From the very beginning Landen showed nothing but attentiveness and consistency. He was a true consultant. He walked me through scenarios, gave me advice, and was very transparent. He was able to get a team over to my property in a timely fashion. Tristan and Evan showed up promptly and got to work. They did not leave until we did a walk through. Very thorough. Thank you!
