I actually have not have Augusta Lawn Care provide a service other than give me an estimate for a potential job. I ended up changing directions on what I needed/wanted and didn't need their service yet I was most impressed with their estimator who spend a good deal of time walking my yard, taking a video and giving me a quote. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with going with Augusta Lawn care when and if I needed their service.

I personally know the owner. Very honest and trustworthy. He will make sure you are well taken care of.

Landen is an exceptionally good guy and does an amazing job for us with great attention to detail. The attached picture is of a flower bed hedging, edging and straw install Landen did, just as an example!

Shane and Hayden are professional and very knowledgeable. Did a badly needed property clean up.

Lawn service was excellent. Not sure if I needed to specify the mowing or cutting of the random relatively small elephant ear plants growing in the backyard, but I will make that request next time. Otherwise great service.

Initially, I was drawn to Augusta Lawn Care Services by a flyer offering a competitive price of $35. However, after just six weeks of service, I received a notification that the price would be increasing to $50. This is a 40% price hike in such a short period, which frankly feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. It's incredibly frustrating to commit to a service only to have the terms drastically altered so quickly.

Beyond the deceptive pricing, the quality of service has also been inconsistent. After the first two visits, there was a noticeable decline in attention to detail. I submitted a request through their customer portal to ensure the flower beds were weedeated, but I received no response to my inquiry. During their most recent visit, the flower beds were skipped entirely, despite my communication.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The sudden, significant price increase combined with a lack of quality control and unresponsive customer service leaves me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend Augusta Lawn Care Services based on my experience.

The owner is a really good guy, and super hardworking. There is no one I would trust more to do a good job!

I was really looking forward to using this lawn service, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I initially reached out well in advance and requested to have services start at the beginning of August. However, it took several phone calls and multiple emails just to try and get things scheduled. Despite my repeated attempts, I didn’t hear back from anyone until mid-September, over a month and a half later.

When they finally did reach out, I was told that the promotion I had originally inquired about had expired. This was especially frustrating since the delay was entirely due to their poor communication and lack of follow-up, I do feel it was not my fault. I feel like I got the short end of the stick because their team failed to respond in a timely manner and communicate with each other.

What started as an exciting opportunity to work with what seemed like a reputable company quickly turned into a disappointing and frustrating experience. Very misleading and poor customer service. I expected much better.

The crew came out today thinking this was the first time they were cutting my grass and doing all that was expected of them. They did a great job and I have no complaints. Y'all do need to know that a young gentleman came out last week without anyone to help him. He cut, edged, trimmed and blew the walkways, back patio, the driveway and even blew the yard where there was a lot of grass clippings. He did a great job also--all by himself!

Shame and Hayden did an Awesome job of cutting my front and back yards. They cleaned up along the side of my house and laid pine straw there and in my flower bed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Great job guys!!!

Augusta Lawn Care recently cleaned up the garden beds and bushes for my Townhouse. The garden bed had become overgrown with weeds and was in severe need of TLC. Landon provided me a prompt quote, and his team did a great job. It's no longer an eye sore. I'll be using them for regular mowing moving forward as well.

Landen Smith is a hardworking and trustworthy guy. Although I have not had a need for Augusta's services yet, I'm confident that Landen is a person who takes pride in ensuring quality services.

I see everyone's good reviews and am jealous that I have not experienced that from this team.

Over the past 6 months they have trimmed my flowering Camilla bush 2x, which was heartbreaking for me.
However, over the past month we have had more consistent problems that are now drawing attention from my HOA.
The bushes have been allowed to almost double in size since Augusta has taken over.
The weeding around the edges, especially along the fence line, is uneven and has some pieces almost 2 feet tall.
The most egregious problem, though, are the weeds growing out of the shrubbery that have grown so large they are growing into my siding.

I've called them to come back 2x over the last 2 services and the pictures attached are after they came back for a second time this last time.

Then, to top it all off, they double charged me for May.

Augusta went from quoting a project to completion in 24 hours for us. Shane and Hayden did a great job in tough weather conditions to get what we needed across the finish line. We appreciate all the hard work of the crew!

Hayden and Shane showed up this morning early and worked diligently to get my yard cleaned up and ready for spring. They cleaned up a massive about of leaves from the front and back yard, cleaned out my flower bed and applied new pine straw and trimmed hedges. The yard looks awesome. Now, everything is ready for regular spring maintenance. What an excellent job. Thanks, Hayden and Shane. See you soon!

Today was the first time for lawn maintenance, and Hayden and Shane did a great job! They listened to my instructions, and we only need a couple minor tweaks (such as how to blow the leaves for mulch under the trees) for next time. I look forward to continuing to work with the Augusta crews.
