I'm so glad I decided to buy hurricane impact windows from Safeguard Windows and Doors! My primary contact with Safeguard was Arthur, and he was amazing. Retrofitting an existing home with new windows (the large pocket slider, in particular) was a big challenge but Arthur made sure everything looked great. He visited many times before, during and after installation to make sure everything was in order. The installation team was friendly, professional and hard working. The double paned, insullated vinyl windows I selected are really high quality, gorgeous and also (to my amazement) affordable. (We got bids from five different potential installers.) I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Arthur!

I almost NEVER write reviews, this company was so amazing to work with that I felt compelled to! EVER SINGLE PERSON that I came on contact with or spoke to, was FANTASTIC! I honestly didn’t know companies like this still existed!!! George, who came out to give us a quote, explained everything so well and down to the finest detail. The crew that came out to install our windows were the most respectful, careful and skilled group of people I have ever seen! The ladies in the office kept me updated on dates and provided me with the necessary information to complete my job! I could not be happier with the job and with the manner it was completed!!!! Do not hesitate to use this company!!!!

SafeGuard installed impact windows and doors in my home last month, and overall, I’m happy with the experience. What sold me was my conversation with John Delgardo—he was super cool, honest, and straightforward. No pushy sales tactics, just clear information. That was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that try to pressure you into signing immediately. I liked working with him so much that I had him quote my rental property too.

Once the contract was signed, the process went smoothly, and the company kept me informed every step of the way. It did take about five months from start to finish, but the installation itself was fast. My wife and I love our new windows and doors—we’ve already noticed how much quieter and more energy-efficient our home feels.

Now, for the reasons I can’t give a full five stars:

The install crew didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult when questions or issues came up.
The three-day install stretched longer due to late arrivals, including a few days where they started around 4:30 PM and worked late into the evening.
One of the workers did a rough job on the stucco repair, making it harder for the finishing crew to fix.
Despite these hiccups, I’d still choose SafeGuard again. The product is solid, and they handled everything professionally. Next time, I’ll just make sure to discuss these concerns before we start.

I decided to do windows and roof with Safeguard and everything went just as Miles told me during the sales process. Since the estimate until the installation was complete, it was a smooth process. Communication was frequent, the office staff kept me informed of every step of the process. The Installers were very profesional with attention to details. I want to thank Miles for the great communication at all times and Juan the installer did a great job too.
I will definitely recommend Safeguard to anyone who wants a stress free process.

Pedro and Fernando did a great job installing my new front door they were very efficient and made sure everything afterwards was cleaned up also Daniel stopped by afterwards to check the completed project to make sure the door and all their work was completed to my satisfaction

I am very happy with the job that safeguard has done replacing all my sliding doors and windows. The workers were very meticulous from start to finish and they were very professional. Jeannine and Eddie were also very instrumental in making sure the communication went flawless. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get new windows and doors. Overall my experience with SafeGuard Windows was positive but communication needs to be improved and centralized. Project status during order placement, delivery and obtaining permits was often over simplified (no details) or conflicting. Construction was fast, professional and very clean. However, communication there also needs to be improved so that the customer is informed of changes in work schedule or crew size before they happen. The saving grace was Jeannine Haley, the “Operational Liaison” who stepped in and quickly resolved the problem whenever needed. She knows all the steps of the process, and is always willing to do whatever it takes to get your project back on track. She is personable, professional and genuinely places customer service and satisfaction as her top priority. Safeguard is making changes in staffing and processes that will improve communication and customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them.

Alejandro the installer did a great job in a timely matter. He was very organized and clean. Daniel the project manager was professional and informative. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with my new windows and doors. I highly recommend this company

From sales with Michael to final follow up with Jeannine the process was smooth and stress free! Michael Palmer was very patient and guided me through available products. Michael didn’t continuously call or text me while I made my decision-no pressure; very much appreciated! Brenda took care of ALL my HOA paperwork, how easy is that! Elmer and his installation crew did a beautiful job! Installation crew was very respectful to my home and property and couldn’t be happier with the finished product! Eddie Munoz, project manager kept tabs to ensure everything was on track. Jeannine Haley, Operations Liaison was a joy to meet and have final visits from. Getting hurricane impact windows is a big decision and there are many options and companies-happy I went with Safeguard even if another company (Windpact) tried to discourage me by unprofessionally digging up a negative review of Safeguard! Thank-you Safeguard team for your professionalism and superior installation!

Excellent experience start to finish. This company has a very good process, and more importantly a great team. Our install team Fernando and Pedro worked efficiently and cleanly, taking care of our home. Danny the supervisor came before the job began to explain how the process would work, provided the permit documents and answered all of our questions. He came back at the end of the job to ensure the job was done right, and take care of any loose ends. The office staff was always courteous and helpful. Happy we chose Safeguard to replace our windows and doors.

We reached out to a few companies for quotes for our window to French door project and Safeguard came in with a good price! I worked with Gabriela from start to finish to schedule the measurements and was my contact to get updates on the door shipment. Once the materials arrived, we were able to schedule the installation. The whole process took about two months (they take care of the permitting too!). They gave us a couple options for window tint and let us choose handle material. They installed the door within a day and came back to do the track and wall painting. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I did ask to keep the window in advance and also on the day of the install, but never received it. I saw that it had been broken, which I would have understood but they didn’t say anything to me about it. They also don’t paint the trim of the door, which they had told me because one time they painted the trim the wrong shade of white and so now they don’t do it anymore? Nonetheless, I’m very very happy with my door and the process that it took to get it installed.

Norre takes his work seriously, was very professional from beginning to end and went over and beyond the scope of work to deliver us a building our unit owners can be proud of and feel secure in. He kept us informed throughout the project, was very reachable, accomodating, coordinated and stayed within budget as promised which was a big plus for us. I would highly recommend him.
