Needed repair on a dishwasher at one of our properties and Christian came out the next day, explained what happened, and provided a fair quote to fix it. Reliable, quick, and honest.

Besides fixing the microwave, Cristian put out a fire, literally. I accidentally turned on a burner while there was a protective cover on the stove top. It started on fire and Cristian calmly took the burning blanket outside and put it out with the hose. Thanks and we'll done Sir.

I have had GC Appliance come out and service my microwave and refrigerator. I had the best ontime , professional, awesome quality of work ever. They even had the parts in their vehicle to repair them right away. I give them 5 stars all the way.

Wish I could give him 6 out of 5!!! Called a different company and was told 8 days to come out and fix an oven… Christian was here in one hour, and my oven was fixed same day for a reasonable price! While he was here he helped me with my fridge too! Love this guy

Never showed up for the appointment- also never called back to reschedule. Warranty company can’t reach them either. Voicemail is full. Completely unprofessional behavior and now going on 3 weeks with no working freezer box despite it being under warranty.
