Great service for the Polk County area. Called a company named Bay to Bay and they were useless.

Scam! Ripoff company. All they're looking for is the service call... money which is $99.00. I will not recommend them to my enemy

They did a great job at my house,price was fair and work was done on time. Would call for all my a/c repairs.

Gavin did a speedy repair to our refrigerator and he was very clean and efficient. Excellent service, very dependable, and very nice and friendly technicians.

Robert Cooper came with a helper to replace an over the range microwave. EXCELLENT JOB. Even took the old microwave out to the trash. Would recommend and use them again.

Needed a dryer vent cleaned out and they were quick, affective, and affordable. They removed enough lint to start a new clothing line. Thanks Ralph!

Somewhere between 6-8 months ago Raph's replaced a motor on one of our doughnut fryers. The new motor they installed is blown and not covered under warranty. Not sure what type of business installs motors that work for less than a year when they should run for years.

Nice guy, had parts in stock. Would have rated a five star but the prices are a little steep. Same parts online would have been 1/4 the price. But everyone has to make a living and he did have them in Stock.

The residential appliance repair technicians from Ralph's Appliance Repair company are always friendly, professional and prompt. I don't have time to waste the day away waiting for service people! We have Ralphs do all of our major appliance repairs because they are efficient and they stock a lot of the appliance parts in their service vehicles. I just called to have them do a deep freezer and fridge repair and they came out the same day at a fair price. They even advised me on how to clean my coils to help with the appliance maintenance going forward. They do all of our air conditioner repairs and service and keep us cool all through the summer months. Once I tried to clean my dishwasher with bicarbonate soda but I must have done something wrong because it just got all gunky and jammed up. I called Ralphs and they were there in a flash for the dishwasher repair. Another time our range stopped working during winter which was bad because we were using it to heat our main living space at the time (long story) but they came to the rescue again for the stove repairs we so desperately needed. They were recommended to me years ago and I have already recommended them to many others needing residential or commercial appliance service.

These guys are crooks! My fan motor froze up on my fridge, this guy came over gave me 2 options. I can unplug it let it thaw out, or he can charge me $315 to do it himself. He ordered the part then called me back and got upset when I asked if he was going to deduct the cost of him thawing it out(because I unplugged it). He then asked if I was paying for it or my property manager? So basically if he can screw someone they are gonna!

Super unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! If you do call them, don't let Reneé work on your appliance!

*come to find out speaking with ralph himself, the $315 was for labor. Reneé was here for less than an hour. These guys are crooks!

The air conditioner repairs I needed were extensive. My poor old ac unit required three visits over roughly a ten day period. Each air conditioning technician that came out was clean, professional and went out of their way to get my ac system up and running again as quickly as possible. Ralph's Appliance Service saved me money! Not only on the cost of not having to buy a new unit but my monthly power bills have also gone down now too. Since I had such a wonderful experience, I have already referred Ralphs to my sister for a quick ice machine repair and to my mother for her stove maintenance and repairs. I don't know why but she has problems with her oven shutting off by itself. Anyway, I just found out that they do small appliance repairs so I think I am going to call them out to look at my kitchenaid mixer and espresso machine. I can't just throw things out when there's a chance they could be fixed! Thanks again guys!

Horrible customer service. Install tech arrived with a chip on his shoulder and had an all out tantrum in the kitchen. they arrived 3 hours EARLY without any notification beyond a missed call from some random Florida East coast number (i live on the West coast) and no voicemail was left to even inform/ask if they could change the time/come early. I work from home and they arrived in the middle of a business call with clients and kept saying they didn't care, i needed to help them/pay attention them.

They asked for a step stool to reach the power plug in the cabinet above and he opted to leave if i didn't produce one; then asked for a drill, then said they couldn't do the work because there was tile and couldn't drill through it. they slammed the appliances back in place and slammed the door as they exited with far too much back talk. as a bonus they had been standing around leaving the front door open and let several lizards inside. horrible horrible experience!

Ralph's technicians have always been punctual and professional. Ralph does all my a/c service on all my rentals and personal home. He installed for me several new a/c systems throughout the years. I highly recommend Ralph.

Outstanding customer service! Their repair work is also excellent. We had a dishwasher that needed a new control panel. There was a delay getting the part from the manufacture. The part arrived on Friday and their tech, Robert, came out after 5:00 pm, on a holiday weekend to install it and made sure the dishwasher was working properly. Doesn't get any better than that!

I brought them a large Hobart mixer I was having issues with. They charged $150.00 upfront.After having it a month they could not fix it. I later sold it to a professional Hobart repair company who showed me that Ralph's never even took the screws loose to open it to look inside. Turned out to be an easy fix. Don't waste your time with this company

They, walked, into, my house, simply, said, I, need a longer hose for the appliance. However, they,did not tell the part number that I needed. I, thought, I had go to the store and purchase a simple hose.
The fact is, they, should have looked for the model # from off of the appliance and get the phone number for the appliance company to call to order the part. It, has, been over a month and it, still has been installed.
A different company assisted me with the part, I, needed, gave me the part number and the phone number to order it. I, ordered the part, it was delivered and will be installed next week.

Ralph suggest ordering a washer part and charged $200 plus $300 for labor and then said the issue cannot be fixed. Where is the integrity in suggesting I was better off buying a new washer, which I ended up doing. I would be crazy to spend more money on an old washer. Do not hire or call

Although I can't speak to their quality of work for repair as we decided to just buy a brand new unit instead of repairing the broken one, I was very pleased with the customer care I received from start to end. Ralph's was able to get a service tech out to me within a few hours of calling them, on the weekend, when 4 or 5 other "same day" service centers said the soonest they could get someone out would be Monday. The technician who came out, Rob, was friendly and knowledgeable, had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Unfortunately the service fee still had to be paid since we decided to get a new unit, but that's the nature of the business. Ralph's will definitely be my first choice for when the inevitable happens with the next appliance failure.
