Petro came to help us. He was resourceful and respectful and didn’t replace parts unnecessarily. He said to give it a couple days to see if the water leak from our fridge is resolved and to call him back if it is not and he will come again. He explained that if a second visit is needed the charge would be added to the first, and not computed as though they were 2 completely separate visits, which I appreciate. Hope it’s fixed! Thanks!

I was given a quote from the office of $69.00 for the service call, and the repair man supposedly fixed a leak in the back of the refrigerator. He said there was a lot of water, but the towel that I gave him was hardly even wet. He then said he cleaned the sensors for the ice maker and charged me $178.00. I feel it was a scam. I was definitely overcharged.

I asked the repairman when he arrived twice how much is this going to cost to fix? All I needed was a water filter replacement . I had a replacement cartridge. He never answered me. Then he said when he finished 150.00 for a 4 minute repair. Horrible. I’ll never use this company again. No communication.

Es una compañía responsable y atiende las reclamaciones del cliente las personas que tengan algún problema de reparación deben ser un poco paciente y permitir tiempo a la compañía para la reparación total .Yo he tenido esa esperiencia a veces no se ve resultado enseguida pero una vez se comunica con el dueño el arregla el problema.

La verdad no recomiendo a esta compañía, te canses de llamar a las personas para que vengan a tu casa arreglar algo que ellos tenían que hacer y no llegan nunca. Casualmente ayer tenía que venir a ponerme un ice Maker, el cual tenía que haberlo hecho hace muchos meses y nada, nos cansamos de llamar un señor llamado Andrés y nunca contesta y entonces te dice si yo voy y nunca llega, la verdad que yo no sé cómo esta compañía está en pie.

El indicado lugar en Tampa para comprar appliances de segunda mano. El mejor servicio al cliente, te ayudan en todo problema o inquietud te tengas. Cuando las grandes compañías te dan la espalda o ellos te ayudan. Gracias por todo.

En este lugar todos son unos ladrones y mentirosos todo lo que venden se rompe y después no te quieren devolver el dinero y no te responden el teléfono

Metro Appliance is the best, from the customers service team on down to Alex showing up on time at your door. He's personable, he educated me on the dishwasher and the refrigerator, he cleaned up after him self. Thank you Alex for the great job and the beautiful dishwasher. If I could give them 100 Stars I would.

Terrible refrigerator they sent someone to “fix it” they didn’t fix it or give me a refund or an exchange , wouldn’t recommend!

Stopped in on a whim since I needed 2 parts for my fridge. One was $65 for a bulb, it was $11 on-line. The other $75 in store and $35 on-line. The parts were original factory in both cases. Nuff said.

Alex came out yesterday and fixed my washer in less than an hour! He was efficient and professional. Washer is working as before. I can’t thank him enough!
