Saturday service on a failed refrigerator.. excellent diagnosis and thorough.. unfortunately the repairs were more than the fridge was worth .. but we appreciated the promptness, honesty and recommendations.

I am extremely unhappy with this firm. In April they installed a replacement compressor and it still does not work properly after they have been to the house 3 times since the unit was installed- now they tell me it’s out of warranty. Are you kidding me? Afte 3 1/2 months. This company is a sham….

I cannot say enough about Teodor Appliance & Repair. Being a single mom I am concerned with safety and pricing. From the first time I called Teodor I was treated with respect and professionalism. Olga on the phone goes above and beyond to help with service calls. Andrew can fix anything amd kept me informed of what he was doing and the associated costs. Even cleaning up when tasks were completed. I will always call Teodor when an apppliance crisis arrises. Thank you Teodor for you prompt and curtious service. 5 stars alll the way!

The technician Kyle from Theodore Appliance Repair came to diagnose the problem with my dryer. He arrived on time and we had good communication. I agreed to get the repair done and they didn’t charge me for the call out fee. Thank you

Igor was fabulous. He has serviced three of our appliances so far - our washer, dryer and icemaker and we won't hesitate to contact him for future appliances. He took his time, was prompt, very thorough and honest. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The good: they repaired my broken washer very quickly within my contacting them and coming to my property.

The not as good: the amount charged and transparency of the price was questionable. I was charged $170 in parts for something that when appears to be $75 or less from every other website I referenced. They said they would provide a receipt for these parts and did not.

As well, the labor cost for this job, which was completed in about 15- 20 mins when they had the parts felt to me as they overcharged for the service.

We called yesterday and got service today. Sam, our tech, diagnosed the problem and had our LG washer up and washing in less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great & quick service. Contacted on Friday. The technician was out on Saturday to take a look but had to order the freezer gasket seal. Repair completed quickly and efficiently on the next Monday. The food in the freezer no longer has frost and ice all over it.

Happy with there service repairing our washing machine.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by the repair shop prompt service yet delayed. Service was there the day said it would be. In my case I was then 3 days without registration and I require ice on a daily basis. Told I needed a new board (electronics ). that's 4 to ? Many more days. I couldn't go a week or so without ice or registration so I bought a new fridge on day 3. If need be I'd call them again and recommend you to also

Would definitely not recommend this company. Would give 0 stars if an option. They sent a technician out and he diagnosed we needed a 1300 compressor for our refrigerator. After 3 months with the new compressor it quit working. The company said the compressor then was out of warranty. Came back and said he could not get it working. The refrigerator is only 6 years old. We contacted a friend and he said he does not recommend changing compressor because it is a very expensive part and usually doesn't solve the problem. Unfortunately this is the company whirlpool made us use or we would have taken a different path. If the technician is hired to diagnose, he needs to know what he is doing. Cost us alot of money we could have used for a new refrigerator! Think twice before using their services.
