If it wasn't for James being so friendly and professional I would give this experience an D.I have never dealt with a company that gives an estimated arrival time from 8-5?
Was told he would be arriving at 2;52 and that time passed and then around 4or 5 I get a phone call that he will be here tomorrow --Mother"s Day!!
No way to talk to someone??Sears needs to do Much Better.
James did fix the problem but frustrating with arrival times and not able to talk to anyone.

Service was good and easy to get an appointment but prices are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!

Multiple visit for same repair. Ordered same part that was already here. Scheduling window is for all day. No customer service contact at all, only ai. Will never use sears repair again.

Andrew was so professional and very knowledgeable. Our top load Samsung washing machine was giving us a UB code during a cycle and would stop working. Andrew came in, assessed the issue and had the parts on hand and fixed it within an hour. His pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for all my appliance needs.

I have 1992 Mayday washer and dryer that have worked amazing all these years. The dryer was making a horrible noise. The repairman fixed it in a couple of hours and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will use this company again.

I chose Teodor Appliance due to the great reviews. I received an email and a call back within 30 min. I had an appointment the next day to check out the problem I was having with my dishwasher. Andrew arrived right on time and solved the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I discovered that they are a small family business who take great pride in their work. I will call them the next time I need another appliance repaired. Plus I'm planning to let my friends and neighbors know about them, as well.

very hungry for money when I talked to him yesterday about the price they said $49 and today when he comes to see he asks for $100, prices in the stratosphere

Andrew was delightful and professional. He took the time to make sure the oven was working and that I knew how to properly turn it on.

Mechanic was great. The company tells you a charge of $79 to visit but later added $200 to put a cable on the dryer. This took 30 minutes.
The gentleman was very embarrassed by the charge but he was just a third party making a small amount from the overall cost. What a ripe off!

Excellent company to work with from office staff, scheduling service and friendly, proficient service person. Andrew was on time, diagnosed problem right away and within 3 business days parts were delivered and my washer was repaired and running like new. I can’t recommend this company enough. So refreshing to have excellent service from the first phone call to completed repair.

I called to have a new ice maker installed. Repairman came within an hour and installation was completed very quickly. Never have I experienced such fast, great service. Would definitely recommend.

Our stoves hinges were failing, which made cookinga nightmare. Our technician was amazing, diagnosed what we thought all along, ordered the correct parts for the Beko, and installed the new ones. He took his time to ensure the parts were working and that we were satisfied with his work. I highly recommend their services!

My frig was not cooling and the freezer section was too cold. I called for service and he was here the next morning and repaired my frig. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.
