I had a Sears repair appointment scheduled 1pm-5pm. No one showed up. This appointment had been confirmed. I later received email after 6pm stated no one answered the phone or returned their text. I’m not sure why they where not captured on my doorbell camera.

I would not recommend dealing with Sears service repair, my appointment got rescheduled to the next day after waiting for them all day yesterday. The technician was friendly but told me that the suspension rods needed to be replaced for $775 and recommended that I buy a new washer from Sears instead. I looked on Amazon and found the rods for $25 total. The technician also didn't look at the suspension rods but just pushed down on the tub which is the same thing I did. For a service charge of $150 I was expecting him to at least take the lid off and look at rods and do a better diagnostic test than just cutting on the washing machine. I guess I'll have to go on YouTube and fix it myself for cheaper than I paid Sears to do nothing. Never again!
Update: I fixed my washing machine. It took one hour, a screwdriver and $25 rods from Amazon. This company is definitely scamming!!! They came out and did absolutely nothing but quote me a price they knew I would refuse. -
Great service! Artez N. was professional, timely, keep the job site very clean and did exactly what was promised. Sears Appliance Repair is highly recommended.

Ken was personable and friendly. Excellent service.

Jim was a very knowledgeable technician. I been using the Sears Home Services for the past 20 years. In these 20 years I had few technicians that did service for my appliances, and Jim was one of them. Thank you Jim...

A huge Thanks for Chris who was able to get the part for our washer and fix it in less then 24 hours. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is definitely deserves some recognition in the company that he is working for.

I needed a yearly maintenance on my water softener and there was nothing wrong with my softener just a yearly routine check, the polite technician showed up and tested the water and said the water is very soft and everything looks good, but yet, to my amazement, he started taking everything apart and then putting them back together, after he left, my water softener started losing vacuum and the entire tank filled with water and the water kept rising and soon my garage would be flooded, I called Sears for and emergency technician visit, but they would not send anyone on the same day. Here I am 3 days after sears broke my softener and still waiting on the technician to come and fix what they broke. This is the worst experience.

Kenneth was awesome!!! On time, extremely knowledgeable, very clean, and professional! Didn't try to offer "extra" things. He was very honest and transparent.

But he can easily be.
I highly recommend Antonio for your refrigerator needs/repair. I had the pleasure of having Antonio come to my property to fix my problem. He was able to diagnose the problem and did a professional job.
He also gave us some good tips on Maintaining the unit. Highly recommend his services. -
Kyle was my technician for a repair on my dryer. He was excellent! Kyle was knowledgeable, personable, courteous and thorough. My dryer was fixed because he had the part on his truck and because of his knowledge. He pointed out the reason for the problem and showed me the dust that had accumulated in my dryer around the drum which he had removed. This area had never been cleaned before. He also checked my washer and was quick to compliment me on the good care I have taken on it. He supplied me with knowledgeable answers to the multiple questions I asked during his visit. As a result of his knowledge on the Sears Warranties, I signed up for one of their programs. This was a totally satisfying visit!

Sears’s appliance is going bankrupt the way they do the repair. They are by far the most clumsy incompetent set of repair people come across Do Not be fooled by fake five star reviews they have on the Sears website. They’re all manufactured They have been trying to fix an appliance three times already and unable to fix and it has taken them two months and it’s still not fixed

He was wonderful, nice and very knowledgeable and was willing to show me what to do. Since my husband had passed away I had no idea what to do to keep my ac working properly.
Thank you so much. -
Anthony was very good, very thorough. Nice young man. No complaints. Scheduler maybe not so good. I was told appt. between 1-5. Anthony called me around 10:00 am to say he
was 40 minutes from my house. I let him come but this was not
the time the scheduler gave me. I was at the grocery store and had other things to do in the morning. -
Jim was very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue of my appliances. This is the second time in 2 years with different appliances issues and when I contact Sears through the website they are prompt and send the right people. I definitely recommend them

I have been a customer for 6 months- I have never had a company set an appointment- confirm then text mid day or 5pm saying.. Hello, this is Richard, your AI virtual assistant from Sears Home Services. We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to have a technician available today to service your appliance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would like to make this right by rescheduling your appointment at the next available time. Which of the following works best for you?
1) Thursday, 3/13, 8am-5pm
2) Friday, 3/14, 8am-5pm
3) Monday, 3/17, 8am-5pm
4) Tuesday, 3/18, 8am-5pm
This happens all the time— they don’t show up— I have missed so much work and my appliance not working for so long after they had just “fixed” it.. the 1800 number is a joke- nobody calls me back— never dealt with a company that treats its customers Iike this.. when the technicians come they are nice but I have had 3 tell me — they schedule too many service calls and each day they have to cancel with customers and reschedule.. this is a fraudulent business practice.
