SAVE YOURSELF THE $75! The only reason I gave this service one star is that the technician arrived on time, which is the lowest rating I could give. I was busy last Friday, the 19th, so I asked my mother to be present for the service. The technician assessed the situation and then called me. I requested that he wait for an additional five minutes, but he never called me back. My mother mentioned that he sat in his car after the error appeared, seemingly looking up the issue on his phone. When he left the house, he told her he had no idea what the problem was.

He quoted her around $300 for the repair after about 20 minutes and promised to send the estimate as soon as possible. I finally received the quote yesterday, the 23rd for 322.00. That Friday night, I looked up the error code and discovered it was a sensor that I purchased from Amazon for just $15. I received the sensor on Saturday, and within an hour it was installed, my washer is working perfectly. As of today, I have completed eight loads of laundry since the repair.

Forest was great. But please don’t over book. He was supposed to be at 1. The window was 1-5. Didn’t arrive until almost 8pm

Great repairman...knowledgeable and personable. Found a rubber washer inside the sprayer hose which was not part of the original fill dain wash assembly and was causing improper waterspray during the cycle.

Forest was an excellent technician. He was extremely skilled at resolving the problems I was having with my dishwasher. I was so impressed with his "do what ever it takes" to resolve the problem.

Quick.repair. gave me pointers to look out for in the future. Also let me know my dryer vent needs cleaned. Add in some info about the self clean cycle. All around great service.

Everything went great and we got good tips on our other appliances that he wasn’t even here to fix

Sears was more interested in selling me a service contract they were interested in the repair I needed. I couldn’t cope with the high pressure sales position the operator was taking. I thanked her for her time and moved on.

He called and asked if I replaced the parts as if he didn't want to come finish the job he started. They never showed for their first appointment to install the be parts. Then said as he was leaving if it still makes noise it's loaded wrong. Loaded wrong? There are only a few ways to load in dishes. Sounds like they are trying to get out of it if it wasn't really fixed.

Artan diagnosed the problem immediately, cleaned out the inside of the dryer while he had it taken apart, and then returned when the parts showed up and replaced quickly and efficiently. Dryer working like new again. Thanks!

Ted (my technician) was very informative by explaining some details for me. And even tho I was his last appointment of the day, he took the time to return my call that I made after he had already left. He was professional and courteous.

Chris did a great job on the PM he did on our Kenmore Dryer and also on our Amana top loader washer. He explained everything he would be doing and he let us know if he found anything. We will certainly ask for him next we need experienced repairman!

My scheduled time was between 8-12 tech arrived at around 3. He was very pleasant and did a good job with the repair. But he moved the washer to repair it- but did not move it back to its correct position
