I can’t say enough good things about Bill. He’s worked on my Viking refrigerator a few times over the past couple of years, and every single time he’s been outstanding. He’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He actually takes the time to diagnose the issue properly instead of rushing or guessing.

Bill explains what’s going on in a way that makes sense, and you always feel confident that the repair is done right. On top of that, he’s punctual, professional, and just genuinely pleasant to work with, which makes a stressful appliance issue so much easier.

Viking appliances aren’t simple, and it takes real expertise to service them correctly, Bill absolutely has that. I wouldn’t trust my refrigerator to anyone else and highly recommend him to anyone needing a skilled, dependable tech.

Excellent Dryer Repair Service from Aaron!

Aaron did an outstanding job fixing our dryer! He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had it running perfectly in no time. We really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. It’s great to have our dryer working again. Highly recommend Aaron for any appliance repairs!

Was a warranty repair on my dryer. Luis the tech was very nice, but when I went to use the dryer today I realized he hadn't rehooked up the exhaust.
So today I have a handyman coming to do it so I can use as they are too heavy for me to move. Other than that, Michaelsons is a great company and I would use them again. Angela in the office is wonderful

We had the best experience with Juan H. and Luis. Both were very timely and very professional and completed all the checks to make sure oven door is working properly and installed correctly. They had to come out twice to complete this job due to an incorrect part sent and even though it wasn’t Luis’s fault, but the manufacturer, he was very patient and professional throughout the whole install.

Michaelson’s got 5 stars from the first call. The customer service representative called to set up my appointment and was so friendly and helpful. I have an extended warranty and their customer service was not good. The service technician James was excellent and explained what was going on with my fridge and let me ask questions. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company and will use in the future.

We were thoroughly impressed with our technician, Daniel - his knowledge and politeness made the experience a breeze. We're grateful for his expertise and happy to have had him work with us again!

On a side note, unfortunately, our experience with Samsung washer/dryer has been less than stellar. Less than 2 years in, and this is our 3rd service call. Would not recommend to others, but thanks to Michaelson's Appliance Repair team, I have always been satisfied.

James did a great job replacing the front of our new SS Meile dishwasher which was delivered from Famous Tates with dents. It took 2 tries as the first replacement was also dented (!) but James agreed, took that one back and ordered another one. We finally received an unblemished version and James installed it. Working with the office to order the parts and schedule the installation was also a breeze-they’re very efficient and they follow through. I highly recommend Michaelson’s Appliance Repair.

This was part of the warranty on a new GE refrigerator that we purchased 2 months ago. So I can’t comment on the price of the service.
Our service rep, Dre, was very personable and professional. He listened to my concerns, replicated the issue, then went right to work making the necessary adjustments. It was resolved and believe me I have tried to replicate the issue since he left but I can’t. 😂 Thanks, Dre!

Antwon did a great job fixing our coffee machine. The clamp and the spout tray were broken, and he handled the repair quickly and professionally. He was punctual, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend his service!

Aaron was on time very professional knowledgeable about our products in general and quickly diagnosed our problem. He returned approximately one week later to install in the new parts and was in and out in a very short period of time making sure to test the new parts before he left. I highly recommend him personally in their service in general for all of our service needs for our appliances.

Aaron came out and replaced my seal and checked our ice machine on our brand new refrigerator. He was neat, careful, and very respectful with my kitchen. He had a sense of humor too. Something very important in my opinion 😂. Thanks Michaelsons and Aaron

Aaron was amazing! He fixed our stove incredibly fast. The whole job took about 10 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and very thorough. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also checked to make sure nothing else was wrong with the stove. We really appreciated how he kept us involved throughout the process and explained what he was doing. Great service all around. Highly recommend Aaron!

We have had issues with our stove for over 3 weeks. Other companies canceled on us or did not show up. Michaelson's was reliable and didn't let us down. Luis came in the time window promised. He was very polite. He came in and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes and cleaned everything up. He made it look effortless. I would highly recommend using this company, even better if you get Luis!

we booked an appointment, they never showed up. we went back to yelp and clicked on their negative reviews and saw a bunch that stated the exact same issue we had. they never showed up and their phone number is routed to an offshore customer service center that was of zero help.

Came out to service refrigerator, and wanted to replace parts that were already replaced. Said he didn't know what was wrong with it. Wanted his payment, which he didn't get, because someone has been out to repair our fridge every two weeks. Told us to contact our warranty company.

I have used them on numerous occassions, as they have proved on each occasion to arrive on time, quickly & correctly diagnose the issue, recommend the fix (if appropriate) and resolve the problem in an afordable manner. Stas was an amazing professional! He broke it down to us gangsta style and told us we r better of buying a new washer. My man was super honest and very knowledgeable!! Will definitely use again!
