My speed queen dryer was still under warrantee so I was not responsible for any repair cost but was still treated very well . Repairman Antwon was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and ordered parts accordingly and was fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Good experience, from reception and scheduling to Bill, the repairman who came to the house. He fixed an oven that another company failed to fix. I was told when he’d be coming, and then received an update when he was on his way. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Tech (AAron)even brought my son a gift becuz my son was showing him his toys collections and he brought a car collection for my son and my son was so happy . Aaron from Michaelson's Appliance Repair made an extended warrantly repair on our GE Induction range. He worked diligently and expertly to make the repair. We are very appreciative of his excellent work. As it was a warranty repair, there was no cost to us.

The whole refrigerator experience was blatantly horrible UNTIL.....Juan H. came to do the actual repair.
We had our repair done late 2025, but kept this paperwork around just so we could applaud the workman ship, professionalism and patience with his helper and our pets.

Our tech Daniel came out to look at a filter issue in our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and took time to understand the issue to give us the best possible solution. He was able to address the issue without having to replace the part so our (very reasonable) diagnostic fee covered it, but he also gave us great information should we experience any issues in the future. We highly recommend Michaelson’s Appliance Repair and we are very pleased with Daniel’s service!

Our technician,Aaron, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient, he check to ensure the oven was working adequately after fixing the problem. Aaron is highly recommended- outstanding service!!

I would highly recommend Aaron for any appliance repairs! Aaron was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful when our Samsung Combo Oven was broken due to a manufacturing defect after only 15 months of installation. Samsung is going to replace our oven thanks to his expertise! 10/10! Will definitely be using Michaelson's and asking for Aaron again if we need help with appliance repairs in the future!

These guys are amazing. Our dishwasher and refrigerator went out at the same time. After an obscene amount of time spent going back and forth over our warranty with Samsung, we were able to confirm an appointment to get the repairs done. Bill came out did the diagnostics and was able to get the parts we needed for the repairs, the following week.

They were able to schedule us that same week the parts arrived. We got our favorite technician, Bill again. Super knowledgeable, friendly guy and very professional. He was able to complete the repairs with no issues. And we were able to get a good nights sleep without the constant humming noise.

Make sure you get Juan!!! This company seems to hire the best. I have had 2 other techs from different companies come out, and both take your money without fixing the problem.

What a joke! Washer went down 1/8. Had Lowe’s extra warranty. Scheduled 1/12. Never got a message they couldn’t make the appointment. Finally got a scheduled date 1/12 then part had to be ordered and soonest they can get in is 2/2. Been without a washer for about a month. Claims their guy works certain sections of an area. They don’t have enough people to adequately schedule in a timely fashion. Do not suggest using. They say they’ll put us on a cancellation list but I’m sure won’t move us because we’re in Myakka.
