Thank you for helping me. Your tech was early which was a great for me and my machine is working fine. However, I am still having a problem with the spin in the final rinse. Not spinning out completely. Closes are still very well. Will watch for the next few days and if t h is doesn't clear I will call you. Michelle

The appointment was easy to set and I was provided updates throughout the day on when the technician would arrive, costs, and how long. They easily worked around my tenants schedule and she was pleased with the work on the dryer.

Update - 3 weeks later:

First, they solicit good reviews by offering a $30 discount if you leave one. Businesses that do this almost always have inflated ratings.

They told us that our dryer's sensors were not working and that our vent was clogged. So we had them replace the sensors and then had the vent cleared professionally. They ensured us that there is a warranty on the repair and replacement of the sensors.

After the repairs, the problem was still not resolved. I contacted them just 3 weeks later to let them know that the issue wasn't resolved so they could have someone come back and look at it. They got back to me and said (without coming to inspect the dryer again) that it's actually the control board and that we will have to pay additional for it. They said they will not be refunding the cost of the sensors which they originally said was the issue, even though the repair was still under warranty and we were within its covered period. Their exact message was "Im sorry but no, because you got a discount last time and the manufacturer recommended replacing the sensors first and then the board. Technician working according to instructions." This makes no sense - this company is liable for the repair since they were the ones who assessed it and said that it was the sensors. The technician informed us that it was the sensors on the spot WHILE he was inspecting the dryer, so he misdiagnosed the issue himself and the company did not take responsibility for it.

This is very unreasonable and frustrating as their "warranty" means absolutely nothing. If you look at the other 1-3 star ratings, you will see similar problems.

I do not recommend this business.

the tech came in and asked to use my bathroom which I find wildly inappropriate. He was here maybe 10 minutes, didn't use any tools or anything to diagnose the problem. Just tells me it's control board and sensor. Something felt off about how quick he was done diagnosing. Didn't check with a meter or anything. Paid him $83....told him I need a 2nd opinion. Turned out to be something completely different. So I just wasted $83. At least I didn't spend $450 to fix it like he said bc it still wouldn't have worked.

**update: they did refund the service charge. That was the right thing to do and I appreciated it**

They established a time within 24 hours and they came exactly within the window we discussed. The service man was very friendly and professional. I ran the machine after he left and there was no problem. I would highly recommend them.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator had an issue with heavy ice forming on the bottom of the freezer. Johnny identified/explained the cause of the problem and efficiently fixed it. His work was thorough and clean.
The price was fair and included a 3 year warranty.

Joni the tech that came out to fix our Samsung refrigerator repair was on time and ready to go. He wasted no time finding the issue and maybe 40 mins later he was done, he showed what the problem was and have the parts right on his truck; i truly wish all alliance companies were this prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, good job TEODOR appliance repair, my wife and I are very happy with their service and even referred them to a friend.
