We had a new roof installed about two years ago, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience — from cost and craftsmanship to timeline and overall quality. The install process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and the finished roof still looks fantastic.

Since then, we’ve needed roofing support twice — once to repair a soffit after a hurricane and most recently to patch a section of the roof after a pipe was removed. My job was scheduled smoothly by Tatiana. The workman, Michigan showed up right on time and did a bang up job. Clean and professional. I was provided with pictures of the entire process and was impressed with the completed product.

It was as smooth as it could be. The crew on time and very polite. Everyone was knowledgeable and performed very professionally. No loud music! They did a good job protecting the surrounding areas including the well pump. Mr. Robert Gilmore did our permits and was diligent in obtaining our historic district approval in a very fast manner. The roof was inspected and approved without any hiccups.

Servpro very responsive to our issues with water damage ceilings and location of mold and removed it successfully. The pro we had was Jimmy stamey who was respectively to our home by making sure that he protected our floors and furniture with protective coverings. Removed old moldy ceilings with care and with clean clean cuts and baged securely .I would recommend Jimmy and Danielle and the team at servpro to anyone that has issues with their home.

Willie and Rafael with Servpro of Oldsmar/Westchase were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Recently had a water leak in my Office and got ahold of SERVPRO. They were on-site very quickly and did an awesome job. I was very worried that my entire Office and Warehouse would have been flooded with significant flooring damage and Severe Odor. Jimmy, Marcos, and the whole SERVPRO Team were great. I was super worried to find water in my living room. It turned out to be a crack in the stucco and cinderblock wall, which they patched and monitored for 10 days. Case closed. All is dry.
