The team of Alerica, Chester and Landon from Servpro were so knowledgeable and professional. From the very first meeting with Alerica she was so professional, very knowledgeable and made a stressful situation easy. All three of them showed up the following day on time and set up their equipment quickly. Alerica kept us informed ofnthe progress of the water extraction from our bathroom, garage and laundry room. She was honest and removed fans when they needed to be removed and kept them when they needed to be kept. Chester called to let us know when he would be here and he showed up on time every single day. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
