Great company to work with. I used them from a mold remediation/reconstruction project. They were knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and never felt rushed. They were reputable and reliable, and I would use them again.

I recently heard a presentation by the owner during a conference in San Fran. The commercial cleaning and disaster mitigation workshop was top notch. I will be reminding the gallery owners & patrons of Servpro’s many capabilities in protecting their buildings and investments. Amazing team!

We had a roof leak this past week: Carpet, ceiling, and walls were saturated. Servpro was out quickly, fixed the issue in 2 days. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. They treated my home like it was there’s. Explained the process every step of the way. Very impressed with Will, Jose, and Josh.

We came back home after a week out of town and we found that due to an issue with the AC, our attic fell off into the second flood of the house. We got the AC fixed right away and then we called ServPro to start drying out tall the wet parts of the house. Since the first moment, they were pretty clear with us about all the actions they had to take in order to dry out the walls, the carpet, the attic, and some other parts. They explained us what the 'dry' sensor was measuring and what the 'dry' levels they have to reach, and while doing that, they were placing some fans and dehumidifiers. They came everyday for a whole week to check the 'dry' levels and to re-accommodate the equipment. They also helped us with the carpet and explained how to prevent mold creation. Also, people from their office helped us by contacting directly our insurance in order to have them approve the different actions taken to remediate the issue. Process took about 10 days to complete and they were always there to answer our questions and to provide guidance. Special shout-out to Jordan, Megan, and Jesus. Service was beyond 5 stars.

The gentlemen were great Joshua, Willie, Jose, Raphael did an excellent job and was so professional thorough this entire ordeal. The water was everywhere and I was a wreck. They got the water up and dried the walls and made me and my family feel so secure and safe. Would use you company again if ever needed but hope no time soon. Will be sharing my experience with others and thank you for having such 1st class employees!!

Danielle was AMAZING at getting everything taken care of and setting up a time to meet that worked for us to get everything scheduled. Jimmy and his guys were professional, productive, and were great at answering all our questions. I would definitely definitely recommend them.

Servpro cleaned my house duct/vent system as it had not been done in a long time. They were both professional and timely, walking me through each step of the process. Both Rafael and Jose were outstanding throughout the whole process and I will certainly call again for future needs. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for Saturday Sept 28 at 1 pm on Thursday Sept 26. I confirmed the appointment 3 times. I spoke with Meghan, Austin, and Santini. Even the day before on Friday I called and Santini said yes, I see you for Saturday at 1. Then no one showed up. When I called Santini says she doesn’t see me on the schedule. Then Meghan very rudely kept telling me the office is closed and if I want to leave a message. Mind you they are clearly not closed, its a water mitigation company in Florida after a hurricane, they had scheduled an appointment at that time AND they answered the office phone. Mind you, Meghan, who has zero customer service skills is the wife of the owner. I used this company last year and paid them over $20k. I referred A TON of business. If anyone has flooded time is essential. So to be dropped and not given a reschedule without a care for a return customer who has referred them tons of business is unacceptable. I will be reporting this experience to the better business bureau.

I contacted ServPro when my second floor AC leaked. They responded quickly and resolved my issue at a reasonable price. The team they sent to my house were Jesus, Marco and Dre. They were extremely professional, courteous and they were very accommodating. I would recommend ServPro of Oldsmar/Westchase to anyone I know.

Servpro came out and dried our home after a slab leak. Danielle (project manager) explained everything to us and coordinated with our adjuster and insurance company. Jesus, Deandre and Jimmy were amazing! The entire team were on-time, courteous and true professionals!

Servpro provided exceptional quality and professionalism while they fixed the flooring in one of the bedrooms of my house after it had been partially flooded. They responded to fix the issue quickly, and spent several hours working very hard to dry the floors and drywall and ultimately limit the damage. Also, they completed the work at an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
