Dre and Coliee did an excellent job cleaning my area rug, sofa and stairway. They went right to work and are capable, helpful and professional. Their customer service was terrific, and they both have a “ can do” attitude! A great experience overall!

This team was so quick and helpful! We had a small leak at an outside pipe which butted against our dining room and they came the same day to test for water inside the wall. After doing a thorough test, they set up all equipment and came to check on the progress every day. Would absolutely recommend.

The guys came out right after major storm-surge water damage at my home. About 3 feet of water. Removed baseboards, flooring and a good five of wall board in our entire home. They explained everything as they went along and cleaned up the mess. Began drying. They will be back when i get full power restored to dry and clean again. A second crew will be removing kitchen cabinets and bathrooms during the next few days. They worked long hours. Very happy with the job.

We had amazing service from the technicians Brian and Marcus. They took their time to make sure all of my questions were answered and work was completed well. Our business Phenix Salon Suites runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week and they made sure the equipment was not in the way of operations. The site was cleaned well each day and it was a great experience!!

Wow!!! I cant tell you how thankful I am for Jaime Farrell and his crew at ServPro Oldsmar/Westchase. We have used them 3 times at different campuses/buildings. Most recently we had a massive flood due to storms. ServPro had a representative on site in 20 minutes. Our project manager Meagan Peppers was amazing. To handle a huge commercial project like this in the time frame I gave them is unheard of. They overcame all challenges every step of the way and kept me informed through the entire process. The staff at Serv Pro were fantastic! Jesus the production manager was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed of everything in a timely manner. The crew chief, Marcos and crew were very courteous and professional. They were prompt in arriving to begin work everyday until work was complete. They also cleaned the entire area when done.

The service that was provided by SERV PRO was exceptional, beginning with General manager, Danielle Collins. The team supervisor, Stanley Ducally, was great to work with during the reconstruction. He and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch. The workmanship was flawless. Any and all issues were addressed in a timely manner. After work was completed, they cleaned all areas and even moved furniture back in place. Highly recommend SERV PRO for any work needed. Ask for Stanley Ducally's team and you won't be disappointed.

From the first call to the final walk-through, Marcos and his team provided outstanding service. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We had heavy black mold in an upstairs closet that we had previously tried to clean. We provided photos to ServPro and they sent a project manager to perform an inspection. After his inspection, he recommended a surface cleaning as he hadn’t found any cause (mold or moisture) in the attic space above the closet. We were kept informed about any delays or changes the appointment time. The service person was well groomed and neatly attired with shoe covers.

I am editing this post to say that Jesus and his crew did the final clean . All equipment is now out of basement and smells amazing!! Once again a HUGE THANK YOU! After hearing some not so positive responses about storm clean-up crews I was a little hesitant on seeing how mine performed. This crew went above and beyond my expectations! Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. Basement smells amazing. Would highly recommend this crew !

Chris, Marco and Brian were excellent! They did a great job with deep cleaning my house and were very polite and professional. They handled my stuff with care when they dusted. They cleaned my ceilings, walls and floors - took their time to ensure they got everything cleaned up. Jesus was great to work with as the project lead as well. Overall, I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for some deep cleaning.

I not one that normally posts but the incredible Services that I received from servePro was outstanding!! The staff was wonderful very well knowledgeable about their craft!! The sales leader walked me through the whole process and educated me from the first step to the last.. then I was introduced and meet the field manager who was very consistent with the start of each phrase..
