While it's hard to please every single customer, we strive to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with our services but unfortunately there's that one you cannot please that leaves a bad review BUT luckily we have none on here. We do have competitors (other electricians) that leave us negative reviews (the bad ones you see on here) just to drop our ratings. Jose, your electrician just left. He was amazing! The two pendants he hung didn’t have the right dimmer switch and he was able to not only get my lights to work but changed out the wiring. Jose was able to get the dimmers to work too. You have a great employee. Very pleased with his service.
He also happened to notice where I was going to hang my dining room light and said it didn’t have a box so he just saved me the money from having that shipped.
Then, as he was leaving, he saw me plugging in my devices and realized what caused my electrical outlets to trip to begin with. He’s so observant and went above and beyond. Great service!

Bought some breakers because I thought I needed them to upgrade my panel for inspection. Turns out I didn’t need them so I went to return them $1100 worth and they have mandatory 25% restocking fee to put some breakers back on the shelf would’ve been nice to have this mentioned when I said, I wasn’t sure if I was gonna need them or not when I purchased, but I wanted to have them there for the inspector been bad enough being out of my house for the last 19 months and to get nickel and dime on every little thing from a local St Pete business is BS in my book. Go somewhere else
