Called to schedule an appointment for a quote and was shocked they didn't have availability for the next month I asked if they can give me the next available appointment and the guy just hung up the phone 🤦🏻‍♀️👎🏻 Was the worst customer service I received over the phone , not professional at all!!!!!

He just hung up on me when I said I'll call you back to call others to see if someone else can give a quote over the phone.

That was an excellent service. They were always on time and even fixed some minor inconveniences I had in my home, which were out of the scope. Highly recommend them. They will be my go to guys in electrical matters!

I called talked to their office he said he will send a guy out who knows about setting up our solar powered system and the other work we need done fast the tech showed up on time was friendly gave us options of how to pay telling us if we go through his companies paying app that it will cost us a lot more then he told us that he could do the work for us under the table so his company would not know the wife and I didn't like that because his way don't give us peice of mind if something goes wrong it's not covered under the company insurance policy that protects us if he hooks something up wrong. He called and texted asking us when he can xo.e out we told him we wanted to go through his company and a month has gone by no word from him or his company so I will call to complain.

The electrician installed a ceiling fan for me and he was very fast, did a commendable job, and kept work area tidy. He even helped me pick out a new fan that he installed. Would recommend and will use him in the future

We recently had a great problem with the main breaker and were referred to them by a friend. They came over immediately and managed to fix it in less than one hour. Their quote was very reasonable. We could not thank them enough times for their expertise and highly recommend them. Excellent services!!

Mark performed a well above average job with our electrical issues. He was up phased by the hard job of getting into the crawl space to install an electrical outlet in the pouring rain while simultaneously keeping us up to date and maintaining utmost professionalism. He additionally helped to re-wire and install our hallway light that has been plaguing us since our move-in. I would highly recommend Duncan Electric Contractors .

I called Duncan Electric Contractors when I had outlets issues. They were prompt, professional and on time. I then had them install pot lights , install additional outlets, as well as install 2 fixtures. While doing pot lights they found a small section of knob and tube that they quickly and economically replaced . Pleased with their work and would recommend.

The electrician came out to our house to assist us with a problem discovered by an inspector during the sale of our house. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he addressed all of our inquiries. The simple remedy that the inspector suggested was not safe. He explained what would happen if we tried to placate the new homeowners by cutting corners. He gave us excellent advice and connected us with someone who could assist us. I'd use Duncan Electric Contractors again in a heartbeat!

Very professional and responsive folks. We needed replacement and repair of multiple light fixtures and a ceiling fan in our house. They arrived exactly on time and patiently walked through the house with us while we discussed each fixture, which we had already purchased prior to his visit. They also recommend other safety upgrades for us which was appreciated. Would hire them again without hesitation!

They gave a price over the phone and they worked with our work schedules to come out that same week. Seriously, not 3 weeks later but that same week. Quite honestly, if the owners ran a general contracting business, we'd use them for all our needs just for the ease of their turnaround time. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. Dean's Electric has completed numerous jobs for us on our 1980's fixer upper. They have swapped out a variety of lighting fixtures for us as well as swapping out old tan-colored plastic electric sockets and toggle switches to new white ones. They also ran new wiring for lighting fixtures where there were none before and installed new under-cabinet lighting after our kitchen renovation was completed. Every one of their electricians has been professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful in explaining our options. They are now the first and the only electricians we call when we need electrical work on our house.

Dean assisted me with an inspection at a time when other contractors were too busy. He responded promptly to my inquiry and provided experienced advice. Without him, I would have been sunk and potentially would have lost a real estate transaction.
