I contacted Tampa Bay General Contractors via email on Saturday, and received a response from Robert in less than an hour. Robert was able to come out to my house by Monday, to review my home remodel project. I was in need of getting permits processed, which if anyone has looked into this, its a very difficult process to figure out if you are not in this business. Robert stepped in and put my mind at ease. Robert is very professional, timely, and a great source of knowledge. If you are looking for a great group for your remodel, a project manager, and/or permit assistance look no further, you wont regret choosing this company.

I have never ever in my life experienced customer service like Robert provided. I called just to ask about an estimate for my home. He told me unfortunately he only does commercial stuff. You'd think that would be the end of the conversation but no. This man took the time to go over what is going on in my home with me IN DETAIL. He gave me advice about what I should do and told me all the steps I need to go through to ensure my project gets done right. I didn't feel like I was talking to a stranger from a construction company, I felt like I was talking to my dad or an uncle or someone who really cares about me. It was just the sweetest thing. He was so helpful, he went out of his busy day and gave me SO MUCH INFORMATION without any sort of compensation or anything. I just couldn't believe someone would just be so nice! Robert and his team with Tampa Bay General Contractors are the best of the best. We used his team to rebuild our home after water damage. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all went down to the studs! Robert, handled every detail and timed everything out to get it done not only in a timely manner, but did an amazing job! Our home looked better than prior, and he and his team were a great pleasure to work with! He always answers the phone, gets back in touch, does all that he says he is going to do and goes above and beyond in customer service! He is fairly priced while delivering an outstanding project on time! If we were in the market to build a dream house one day, he would be one to call! Our business used Tampa Bay General Contractors to build a new raised dock for our warehouse. Robert was amazing to work with! Always ready and available to answer all of my questions. He came out for multiple site visits to explain the where they were in the project and to discuss any additions we wanted while we were in construction. Robert and his crew were very professional, as well as a pleasure to work with. The work got done ahead of schedule even with external delays. He shed light on my situation regarding an open permit with the City of Tampa and came up with a solid plan in ten minutes!

Called Robert to discuss a water intrusion issue with an addition that we are looking to renovate. While what I needed done was not in his company’s scope of work, Robert was super helpful and discussed possible solutions. Taking the time to talk through the issues, knowing he would not financial benefit, shows you the type of business he runs. I greatly appreciated the courtesy and have no doubt it’s one of many reasons he has so many great reviews.

Robert and his team did a spectacular job from the moment we met him, until we got our final approval from the city. This company gave us a schedule from the beginning and stuck to it. We never missed a deadline, never had any issues with the local authorities doing inspections, and always were kept in the loop regarding weekly updates. The quote to final amount owed was almost exactly what we were promised. Robert and his team completely gutted our two story building, and did everything from electrical, dry wall, appliances, flooring, window treatment inside and out, etc etc etc. Even once we parted ways, Robert and his team still were available for any additional assistance. Cant say enough good things about this company and the experience we had over 6 months of construction. First class experience with a fair price.

TBGC was a pleasure to consult with, incredibly organized and current with technology and process. Robert is a genuine gentleman who listen's before he speaks. While limited, a great over-all experience.
