In every way possible Coelum Construction was phenomenal to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They possess the high level craftsmanship, management, and communication necessary to guarantee a smooth experience. I felt comfortable working with them from the very beginning to the end of our fast casual restaurant project. It is VERY hard to find construction companies that communicate properly and remain transparent so that you can understand what to expect. Greg was my main point contact on all updates for our project and he was beyond amazing. Max oversaw the entire project and also communicated with me on day to day updates. I would use them again and again!

Max and his team are professional, on-time and do a great job. We completely gutted our kitchen and they stayed within our budget and timeline. The work is quality and exactly what we asked for!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled, including the addition of a breakfast nook. Mitch, Eric and Mike were instrumental in refining our vision with suggestions based on their experience. The project was closely coordinated with other work we were doing and was virtually seamless. Their personnel involved in the demolition, cabinet installation, selection and installation of the countertops, tiling were obviously artisans, experts in their respective trades. They were all very professional, engaged and friendly - all a pleasure to work with. As promised, they were able to complete the project just before the holidays. It was a pleasure to prepare for the festivities in such a beautiful and efficient kitchen. I highly recommend Coelum Construction for any remodeling - their collaboration, open communication and advise not only resulted in a beautiful transformation of our kitchen, but the addition of the breakfast nook not only provided a significant increase of our storage capacity, but it transformed our entire living space. As a request, they also reinstalled some of the old cabinetry into our laundry room - another unanticipated transformation as part of this project.

My wife and I, along with her Aunt had a very different experience than these other reviews. We purchased a property with two homes on it 2 years ago and my wife's Aunt decided to work with Coelum Construction to renovate them and it has turned out horribly. We had originally had vents for under the home in the list of things to be done only for them to never cut them out (despite code requiring them) and without ventilation our entire flooring had to be ripped out, all of the 1/4" underlayment buckled from the moisture throughout the home, and a huge area of the sub floor was coated in black mold and rotted out. It's disappointing to see so many positive reviews and realize we received such low quality work, this is on top of numerous issues at the time of the renovation with shoddy work throughout both homes. We would love to resolve this amicably and will be reaching out to see what is possible. To spend so much money and a year and a half later realize the extent of this damage is infuriating.

We LOVE our new kitchen! Max and team at Coelum Construction were awesome! We collaborated on the design/layout and it is gorgeous. It is EXACTLY what we were looking to create...an open kitchen to join the living room with the kitchen and gathering table. We converted a small kitchen by knocking down a wall to open up into what was a formal dining/living area. They changed out a large window into french doors and we had enough room to convert the previous formal living area into a 4th bedroom to include a barn door for entry. Coelum Construction was courteous, professional, prompt and I strongly recommend them to anyone doing ANY type of remodel. We took 7 bids and selected Coelum Construction because we had a good feeling they were honest and genuine and would do great work. They delivered! See the pics!!! :)

Greg and his team at Coelum were a breath of fresh air during a lengthy renovation process that started out with a different General Contractor. Coelum gave us very reasonable quotes upfront, and made us feel so comfortable that we kept offloading work from the other contractor to give Coelum more business. For a project that started to feel endless, it was a welcome treat to have Coelum meet or beat every promised date - working around our schedules and ensuring the project's completion by the holidays. The materials they install are very high quality, and the craftsmanship of their work is in a word: impeccable. We have received so many compliments from friends and family, but the best part is enjoying the stunning finished product yourself and appreciating your home everyday.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Coelum Construction for a home renovation project with a sizable addition, and I can't recommend them highly enough!
We went from 4,060 sq ft and added 2,245 sq ft and gutted the entire inside of the existing 4,060 sq ft.
I don’t know too many people that go through a major construction project like we did and at the end of the project can say that they love their contractor, but we do!
We were impressed with them from our initial meeting and the impression they set never faded. We didn’t believe contractors like them really existed. All through the process, they “showed-up”, were timely, always accessible to us, and most importantly kept their word. The other important thing they did, or should I say didn’t do, is cut corners to keep our job on time or in budget. They always did the right thing-Which we appreciate more than they know. As an added benefit they were fun to work with and great people!

I did not use the following company (decided to hold off on my project). However, I had a wonderful conversation about possible solutions to my problem (rotted sill plate around the garage) including steps I could personally take to remediate the problem. I will try to take some actions but otherwise I will be calling in the future for any of my construction needs. The company is honest and very knowledgeable.

I will tell you what. Robert / Tampabay general contractors is truly my hero. I always learn from him. He really is a true professional. He is awesome to work with and that means alot to me.
