Skylight was leaking and company that installed roof 4 years earlier didn't return calls or respond to e-mail message. Feliciano was recommended and was quick to inspect and determine skylight needed replacement. I watched as water testing was conducted which enabled me to see the problem clearly. Decided since skylights all same age to replace all 4. Skylights were not standard so had to be custom built. Took about 6 weeks but meanwhile Feliciano put a substance around skylight to preclude further leaks until replaced. Replacement was smooth and even with hurricane performed flawlessly. Would highly recommend for workmanship and integrity.

My husband and I contracted Feliciano Construction in order to repair a sinkhole. This job would have taken 2 to 3 weeks however, because Miguel knew how badly we wanted to move to be closer to our family managed to make it happen in 3 days. The crew working was amazing and kept us very informed of the process. I would highly recommend Feliciano Construction. Thank you for all your hard work.

The entire team at Feliciano Construction is top notch. We used them for a new roof, hardie board siding, gutters, and indoor/outdoor repairs for hurricane storm damage. We have referred multiple people to Feliciano for various matters and will continue doing so.

Great experience with Feliciano Roofing and our Project Manager, Carlos. The biggest things I care about when selecting a contractor is communication, quality of work, and a reasonable price point. Feliciano surpassed my expectations and I'll recommend them to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough great things about Feliciano Construction. My husband and I had a horrible water leak in our home with a lot of damage. Jennie Rizzo took care of all our needs by coordinating our estimates, repair schedule, etc. She is their Office Manager and definitely the point person of their company. She kept us up to date on all coordination and kept us calm when we were close to losing our minds.

Miguel Feliciano, the owner, and his team was personable and prompt in his assessments and estimates. He worked closely with us as we balanced financial part of this disaster, as well as Jennie. Additionally, he gave his opinion on what would look better, be better in the long run and save us money. We valued his opinion greatly. They took our many calls and emails and responded promptly and professional. At the completion of our work, we hired them to do another job in our home and are very, very pleased. Absolutely one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We contracted with Feliciano to have our roof and gutters replaced, and the workmanship was amazing. The crews were polite and professional, and the clean up afterward was meticulous. We will not hesitate to use Feliciano for any of our future projects!

I had a great experience! We hired Feliciano Construction to build our mother’s home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation with Miguel, who has a drive to achieve a high level of accuracy and precision, and Carlos, the project manager, who kept the project on task, completion and beyond, has been a great experience. Jennie was very attentive, responsive and kind. Jennie kept me informed from the beginning and helped me choose fixtures for the home when I had no idea about how to proceed. The customer service provided by everyone I came in contact with during this build was top-notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and excellent service.

It's been a pleasure to do business with this company. Communication is clear, they pay in a super timely manner. The owners are genuine caring people. 100% Pleasure to do business with.

I came across this listing and i saw there is no reviews and i decided to be the first on review it . I have been working with JCG for several years and this is an amazing construction company. i strongly recommend then to any one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Coelumn Construction has been an absolute nightmare to work with.
• Bathrooms left with grout that is chalky, soft, full of holes, and already failing.
• Sloppy cabinet & trim install leaving uneven finishes.
• A custom staircase and railings we waited months and months for — repeatedly installed wrong.
• Countertops installed crooked.
• Half of a home left unfinished, and another rental property left in total disarray.
• Trash and dust left behind with no respect for the property.

To make matters worse, we were on a cost-plus contract and when I, as a roofing contractor myself, started calling out the bad work, they didn’t like it. Instead of owning mistakes, they complained and pushed back — showing zero accountability or professionalism.

We’ve wasted time, money, and patience on this company. If you value quality, honesty, or respect for your home, avoid Coelumn Construction at all costs.

Simply the best company that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Coelum went above and beyond my expectations to make things right. Greg make sure to keep me informed every step of the way. The results were better that I hoped for. I will most definately recomend Coelum to anyone interested in the services they offer. I cannot say enough good things about Coelum Construction!!! They are family owned and have an awesome team of skilled, qualified, professional and friendly people. I literally sent a Pinterest inspiration picture of a kitchen hood I wanted and they created it for me. It looks incredible!! They also hung our shutters and did an awesome (and quick) job. We loved working with them so much we are currently working with Coelum on a built in project in our study. I would highly recommend using Coelum Construction!

Coelum Construction transformed our outdated 1990s home into a modern beauty, complete with custom cabinetry, updated bathrooms, a walk-in master closet, entirely new plumbing, and a spacious kitchen. Greg and Max managed our project from start to finish and brought in some of the best subcontractors in the Tampa Bay area. We are very pleased with the work they've done on the interior of our home and have continued to work with them on exterior renovations as well.
