There are no words to express how meticulous and reliable Andy and his team are. We were fortunate enough to have someone recommend him a few years ago and we have relied on him ever since.

Andy and his team were fantastic! We received quotes from multiple contractors, and Andy was able to offer a competitive price and timeline. They started work right away, going above and beyond to secure the materials we had picked out, and complete the work in a timely manner. They painted the interior of our entire home, including garage and doors; they installed brand new LVP flooring; they installed and painted new trim; and they installed new ceiling fans and light fixtures. Andy was professional and responsive, keeping us up to date on all the work, and checking in with us to ensure we were aligned every step of the way. He is experienced, detail-oriented, and a joy to work with. We will highly recommend him to anyone in need of work and will return to him for all of our future projects!

Andy, the owner / GC, and his associate Kevin completed multiple projects including replacing my flooring and baseboards, exterior and interior painting, exterior and interior general repairs ( Hardie Board, refinishing wood carport ceiling, drywall repair). Andy and Kevin worked diligently on my house for weeks, and it now looks amazing. I will miss having them here. They are pleasant, professional, detail-oriented, very knowledgeable, always on time. They maintained excellent communications and suggestions throughout these projects.

I posted something in our community facebook page about needing help with the delicate removal of bugarlar bar doors anchored in my beautiful red brick facade on my 1946 cape cod home. Andy responded, quickly earned my trust by proving he was knowledgable, and was at my house in less than an hour to complete the work at a reasonable price. He left my brick intact. My husband let me know he was easy to talk to and a "super nice guy." Would definitely recommend his business and will hire in the future.

Amazing work! Thank you to Andy Bui of Bay Area Contracting and Construction (Tampa) and the entire staff of sub-contractors for my beautiful home. They completely remodel the first level of my house and the stacked stone and paint on the outside. We installed beautiful extra large 10x72 wood-look porcelain tiles from the front door continuously throughout the main living areas. Then updated the fireplace with gorgeous new tiles and custom woodwork. Even the sides of the fireplace have a custom design. In my family room they created a one of a kind built-in wine unit / tv entertainment center based on my drawings. Finally, they updated both my guest bathroom and master bath to perfection. I found Andy to be a pleasure to work with he’s honest, polite, and a true craftsman. Everything came out perfect from the largest jobs to the finishing touches. Now people come up to me and say is that your house it came out beautiful. Andy I had a great experience working with you. I wish you and your family many blessings thank you.

I recently bought a home that was built in 1982 and needed some handyman work done. I was referred to Andy (owner) by a friend and am so glad I was. He did an absolutely excellent job! Nothing negative I can say; he is polite, professional, and the job was done in a timely and high quality manner for a very reasonable price. I will 100% hire him again when more handyman work is required. So far he completed new closet shelving throughout the home, installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 bathroom exhaust fans, trim, peg board in the shed, etc...I highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs, I'm very confident you will not be disappointed.

BACC did an excellent job handling the water mitigation and cleanup efforts following Hurricane Milton’s flooding. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept us informed throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Andy and Kevin did a careful, efficient and precise job of replacing every window in my house over two days. I was pleased with their great attitudes and the quality of their work. I had to stay in the house during the remodeling which could have been annoying for both sides, but Andy is so good to deal with that it was almost fun. Highly recommend.

And Chuck’s personal, business standards, ethics continues to provide superior craftsmanship for his clients. He has a understated obligation to his clients satisfaction, even when its not to his financial obligations or benefits.
Mr. McMcullough , served as a member of our Armed Forces, With respect, practices those high standards with ever client and task he undertakes .
The real question is when a problem during construction happens without notice, how dose the contractor solve or contains the situation.
He will resolve the conflict and without concerns of the issues and meet his timeline and obligations.
I have personally enjoyed the opportunity to build and design, one of the most unique, 17 single family development, Homesites, The Reserve of BELLEAIR in Clearwater, Florida.
