I saw Feliciano Construction on the BBB website and called. The company called me right away, set up a time, day and was very prompt for the appointment. He was VERY upfront telling me what need to be done and the PRICE WAS RIGHT ! His crew came out when I expected, did the work, clean up everything and one of the best thing everything seems to work better than when it was new.... I just wanted to share details of my extremely unfavorable experience attempting to work with Feliciano Construction Comp. I contacted them on 11-12-2020 to solicit a bid for repairs to our Tampa, FL property. It took them until 11-30 to arrange to inspect the property. Then, after direct assurance from one of its managers an estimate(s) was forthcoming, I neither received the same nor the courtesy of even a phone call to explain why I didn't. Worse customer service ever.

Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent communication... worked with my schedule, even made sure I could schedule having my dog out of the house while the hammering was going on... customer service the old fashioned way. Thank you so much.

THERE’S NOTHING THEY CANT DO!

Feliciano Construction was a wise and excellent choice for us! We had a large remodel project which included new kitchen, new hall bath, new laundry room, and new flooring, plus all new baseboards, texture and interior paint throughout. Before learning about Feliciano, we had already chosen a floor installer, who Feliciano worked together with seamlessly regarding scheduling. Very professional!

Our project ran twice as long due to major finish issues and errors with the cabinets that we purchased through Lowe’s, plus some mistakes in the actual design that our contractor discovered and corrected several times throughout the project. Through everything, Feliciano was there with their very skilled workers, and the BEST “go-to-for-everything” Project Manager on the planet!!!!

Carlos Marin is a very detail oriented individual with very high standards! The owner of the company certainly does as well, and insists that everyone who represents Feliciano Construction on the job site demonstrates the same level of quality. They are all efficient, responsive, and talented crafts/men and women that go above and beyond with meticulous care! Carlos even fixed a broken pocket door for us, simply because he noticed it wasn’t working well when my daughter was visiting.

The job site was always clean and ready for the next day’s work every time they left. Very nice, since we stayed in the house during the remodel. If there were any glitches along the way, Carlos would simply say, “no worries, I’ll take care of it.” And it was done.

Our kitchen is gorgeous, the laundry room, bathroom, and floors are as well and we are finally getting to enjoy them day to day. We have other things that will need attention in our home in the future. Based on the quality relationship we have enjoyed with Feliciano Construction, we wouldn’t use anyone else!
We’re actually going to miss them!

These days not many folks in the construction business are honest, reliable, professional and charge a fair price. Feliciano Roofing was all of the above. I have told multiple people about the amazing experience I had with this company. I mainly dealt with Carlos during the job. He was awesome to deal with. We need more people like Carlos in Tampa!
