Genesis Contractors did extensive work on my home in the beginning of the year. They replaced siding that had rotted, painted the exterior of my home and installed gutters. To start, Matt, was professional and transparent. He never made me feel like he was trying to sell me on something I didn’t need done. I explained the work I wanted to have completed and the prices offered were very reasonable. Throughout all the projects, the people who were sent to complete them were hard working and delivered amazing products. My house looks brand new after the work they accomplished. I was hesitant on hiring a contractor because I had heard horror stories about contractors failing to show up for a job or providing poor quality of work. My mind was completely at ease with Genesis, the whole process was seamless and the results are a testament to their dedication and hard work. Do yourself a favor and hire Genesis for your next home project.

We had fractures and drywall damage after plumbing work. Nexus Construction Corp repaired drywall cleanly and matched the texture to the walls. After painting, the repairs were barely visible.

Hands down one of the best companies to work with. I used them for my master bathroom and kitchen. Always on time and on an amazing budget. Leo and his crew always explained what they were doing step by step. Absolutely calling them back for any other projects in the future.

My wife and I decided we wanted to expand a half bathroom (toilet and vanity only) into a full bathroom with a shower. Our initial builder did a terrible job, rows of tiles were popping out and grout lines weren't straight or even. We were told every excuse, mostly how the tile wasn't straight.

We then came across Nexus we have one regret after using them. We regret not using them first. They were extremely professional, quick, and their work was amazing. After coming to an agreement on price, they were out working within 12 hours. Additionally, they were willing to work with us every step of the way to ensure that we felt comfortable.

I'm so satisfied that I'm currently recommending them to my mom for work around her house!

Leo and his crew were life savers. After I had hired the wrong person to tile my wrap around porch , tile pitched towards the house and started causing water damage after every rainfall. Luckily I found Leo and he gave me a very reasonable quote to rip out existing work and and install new. I was so happy and impressed with the work that I also hired him for all interior floor and bath tiling. Thank you Leo for the great work.

I have worked with Smth & Hudson on multiple project each different from the others and each time they never failed to exceed my expectations. Both in quality and coming in on budget. Chad Jackson met each challenge and was able to come up with a creative solution that was esthetically pleasing and met the customers expectations. I would highly recommend him for any project either large or small.

For the past 6 yrs Smith and Hudson commercial Contracting has been doing buildouts and renovations for many of the tenants that occupy space in the two Class A buildings I work at. These guys went over and above while replacing the rotten siding on my townhouse. They insisted on replacing anything that when uncovered was determined to be less than ideal, even though they could have covered it back up (as was done by others in the past), without charging for the time or materials. In other words, they made sure it was done right!

Highly recomened, very professional and knowledgeable. And always picks up the phone, if you own your home the guys at Bay Area contracting and construction will treat it like their own. Best in the business 10/10
