We are so pleased and impressed with the fantastic job done on our oak & palm trees!! This is definitely a class act company that goes above and beyond expectations. They left our property cleaner than when they came and even went so far as to clean any branches or debris that made its way into our pool and did it in record time! Working with TreeVantage has been a pleasant experience. Jacob came out first, was respectful, honest, knowledgeable and quickly came back with researched information and available dates. He even called to inform me that one option we discussed would be more money than expected, he wasnt even going to include it oj the estimate unless I wanted him to, I appreciated that! The men who came to remove and install the tree did a thorough and quick job. Jacob returned a day or so after to signoff on everything. He recommended that we get a gator bag for the tree watering, which we had not heard of before. We listened and are thankful. He brought a certified arborist with him to the consult so we talk through what the right process was for our (very large!!) oak that was in desparate need of trimming.
