Bob and Ron did great job at my apartment. They were very accommodating, friendly, and informative.

Office staff are rude, techs will not notify you when they are coming when requested. Can’t schedule service inside because techs call 15 minutes before they show up to spray the perimeter of your house and think that’s sufficient notice.

I had two questions for Mark,one concerned a wild Bermuda weed grass and the other was what to feed my Jatropha tree. Mark responded to my questions in a very short time and his answers helped. We listen to his show on WFLA every Sunday morning at 7am.

We've been looking for a pest control service and came across one of the workers on Instagram, who showcases that they work for Abc Pest Control on their social media. Sadly the way we discovered this pest service is from this individual trolling CHILD LOSS and MISCARRIAGE post on social media. The way this individual chooses to spend their free time is not our business but where we spend our money is and we would rather not work with a company who employs a person who can behave so cruelly when they think people aren't looking.

I had a problem with this company. They resolved it.

Ron Wright came out and took control of our ant population immediately! He was top notch explaining everything to me and very professional. He really knows a lot about pest control and takes pride in his work!

They do a great job on our lawn and Mark is always faithful to answer all my questions about gardening.
For the second year I have been able to get peaches since Mark told me what to do. No more worms!

I do not like to post reviews on the web but after the great service my technician Tyler gave me in eliminating my termite problem in my home. I just had to write. Thank you Tyler and I appreciate the help you gave me by moving the furniture when I could not. My back appreciates you and we don't have any more termites!!!!!! Thanks Again. I am also going to call the office and let them know!

The technician provided very good services.

I was very unhappy with the service and lack of professionalism that I received from the office and management. The techs did what they needed to when they came out but the product never seemed to do the job.

They messed up my bill and did not call ahead so I could open the gate so they could treat the full property. I called to get things fixed and the manager got an attitude with me. I tried to cancel but he refused to cancel my account.

I do not recommend this service to anyone, and I have since found a different company that is getting results and are professional and friendly from techs to office to managers.
