I am so disappointed. I called on Monday to make an appointment to get an estimate for lawn treatment. I live in Tampa and was told that a tech would come between 8:00 and 10:00 am today, Friday, Sept. 27. Great! I was told the tech would call to let me know when he was on his way. I heard nothing, so I called at 10:00 am and was told the tech may have been stuck in traffic or had gotten busy with his customers, but they would give him my phone number and he would contact me. Again, no call from the tech so I called the office at 12:00 pm. I was told that this would be passed on to management and I would be contacted. Once again, I was not contacted by anyone so I called the office a third time at 2:00 pm and was told that unfortunately no one would be able to give me an estimate today, but they could re-schedule for next week. I took the day off for this. The office staff I spoke with were all very friendly and apologetic, but this has been a very bad customer service experience.

Dan is their service man in this area. His customer service skills, as well as his in depth knowledge of insecticides and the biological sciences of pests is superior.
As a veterinarian, I expect a high level of knowledge from my pest control company and Dan never disappoints.

This company has tried in vain to kill German roaches in my kitchen for six months. They use wrong chemicals, don’t return calls, owner in particular, they miss appts,
For SIX months I have pleaded for two week intervals to kill them, but they insist they know best and refuse, so infestation grows.
Buyer BEWARE they do not live up to their pledge.

Ron. Give this young man a raise. He always takes great care.of my lawn. I was skeptical about changing services but whem I saw how much of a hard worker Ron was I gave him a chance and let me say this my lawn is green green green. I have not Had problems with my lawn in months because he makes sure he does his job. I refer him to all of my neighbors and I hope he never leaves ABC and if he do because i like his service so much i will follow him. Your company did a great.job Hiring him to do my lawn. Great job Ron and I will see you in 2 week and I will have That Water bottle ready for you outside on the porch

I have been using ABC for my pest control for about 5 years and they have been consistent in their service. I now have this company treating my lawn as well. They (Ron Wright) reduced the amount of weeds in my yard by 75% in the first year and now my yard is virtually weed free in most areas. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with getting rid of pest or tackling yard fertilization and weed maintenance.

I have had a great experience with ABC. Our first service technician, Darryl had a wonderful and professional demeanor. We recently moved and had a new technician, Dan, who was also super friendly and nice. We moved in at the height of bug season, we felt like we were in the movie Arachnophobia. We've had one service and it's much better now!

Long time customer, never have any issues. When we first started with ABC in 2002, we had an infestation of roaches in the new home we were moving into. Renovations only made the problem worse! With the guidance of the friendly and informative office staff and educated technicians, our home has been completely pest free for over 20 years. Abc pest control has now followed my family into three new homes in the greater Tampa Bay area.

I've been having quarterly service for a year now, and we've had ant problems inside & out. They can't manage to shut the gate so our greyhound takes off every time. They didn't come inside to spray and when i said i had issues shortly after they came and sprayed outside, they told me they would have to charge me again to spray inside. Unfortunately, I've had to resort to a Roach motel instead. Their slogan should be, "we get rid of Pets, not pests".

John, our lawn care tech did a very thorough spray of our lawn, and took extra care of the areas of grass that had fungus. Unlike our previous lawn company, ABC employees actually listened to the concerns we had with our lawn.!
