Professional, affordable, and very easy to do business with. They removed 4 large oaks trees without any damage and cleaned up leaving zero debris behind. Very happy with their services.

Do not use this company! I don’t normally write reviews like this but I have to share my experience. I am heartbroken by the damage that was left in my backyard after the removal of a tree. Never once did they inform me that they would have to destroy the concrete and brick pathways and concrete grilling patio that I have. I feel like the job could’ve been done without destroying my concrete, and after informing them of this they were incredibly disrespectful and acted like they didn’t care at all. I was also not told that they would be taking down the vinyl fence on the opposite side of the yard and you didn’t even put it back up properly, I have dogs and I need a properly fenced in yard so they can go outside. They tore up electrical wires that were near my shed and caused my power to go out. On top of all of that there were beer bottles on my roof, and Chinese takeout boxes left everywhere when you guys left. This experience was affordable but not worth the property damage left behind. I wrote you an email saying the same things and you guys didn’t bother to respond so I guess I will be the one to fix all the damage.

We had a tree break in half, leaving the other half leaning over our house. J&H came out right away, gave us a quote that couldn't be beat, and COMPLETED the service right away. We had several trees taken out and you'd never know because the stumps were ground so well. Our next-door neighbors used them AND our across the street neighbor used them. No one had any complaints. I'm honestly surprised they don't have more reviews.

J&H arrived on time. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. I have long drive and was concerned about the weight on the driveway. The team were very careful. The tree was trimmed as we discussed and they left the ground clean and free of debris. I highly recommend J&H. Great job!!!

I gave it a one star, because it would not take NO stars. He deserves No stars.
I would NOT recommend this guy to do any pressure washing in our neighborhood.
Because he has a extremely loud generation with very strong fuels.
My husbands is a dialysis patient
and he parked this Machine next to his room. I asked if he would please move it a few feet away from our house. He said No, I asked politely again if he would please just move it over a little, he refused.
He failed to clean the drainage in front of my house, he left a muddy mess. I thought he was very inconsiderate to his customers neighbors.
Therefore I would say this is NOT the type of inconsiderate person to do business with in our neighborhood.

Don’t let your HOA pick this Company as their groundskeeper. Our neighborhood looks terrible, weeds everywhere, dead grass, dead trees ever since they took over a year or two ago.

Ted and Eric are awesome! They offer top notch service and always communicate the same day things come up. You can tell they both have personal integrity at work.

Back mower over a palm tree they sent a guy first thing he said are you buying me lunch then with proof he said never did it takes the tree put in his trunk and leaves I was told on Monday that manager was going to call me it is now Friday no call so they leave me know choice but take them to court

Don't let you HOA or CDD board hire this company. They do a terrible job...Performing the bare minimum is the name of their game. Our CDD board hired them a few years ago and our neighborhood common areas have never looked worse.

If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. They do terrible job I would not recommend them to anybody. I swore I saw one of them peek inside of my place this morning as they trim and killed a bush. They sure as heck do not know how to trim the hedges are pick up after themselves leaving messes everywhere. Getting everyone's car all dirty and everything and not even apologizing for it or even trying to clean it off. I called a few times and no one ever called me back. The neighbors have said they don't like "the work" they do. I strongly suggest never using them.

Billed for work that Brightview irrigation employee Thomas lied stating he completed. My husband completed the work himself. Thomas has turned off my sprinklers for 4 months and his irrigation colleague told me "we will report you to credit agency and ruining your credit if you dont pay" It isimpossible to speak with a manager to get this resolved.

I usually try not to leave negative reviews but there is the bare minimum and then there is how Brightview has taken care of our community. When they do mow on a regular basis there are spots missed and poor edging, not trimming trees to the pint where you cannot walk down the sidewalks, weeds have taken over many mulch beds, and forget about a decent job mulching. If you are looking for a decent lawn care company you should look elsewhere.
