I’m a tenant in an apartment, and when my AC went out in the middle of this Florida heat, my property management contacted Rolando’s HVAC. Damarys called me right away and worked so hard to get someone out quickly. After almost 24–48 hours without air, their technician arrived within an hour and a half and fixed everything fast! I couldn’t be happier — they were professional, prompt, and truly cared. 10/10 service — highly recommend Rolando’s HVAC!

Súper profesional. We had a situation with the A/C at my home and no one can fix it. Ariel Rodriguez the technician fix the problem and did a great job. My A/C temperature was 80 thru 85 and now is much better

I have never met a company so respectful, professional, productive, proficient. They did the duct work at my home. They were super friendly, answered all my questions. When they got there they laid down some tarps so they wouldn’t dirty the floor so much, they even vacuumed as they were leaving. I would definitely recommend and reuse!!!!!

Amazing service , the technician was very professional and thoroughly explained the issues and how they would be solved. Pricing was very economical and the turn around time for the part i needed was just a few hours .

They called me immediately and set up an appointment for two days out. Figured out it was the motherboard and replaced it right there. Had the AC going right away, and even used the heater on that one cold day in Florida history. Everything went through our rental company and was easy and quick.

Honestly between the inspection and then the actual ductwork being replaced on another day, these guys are awesome. Anyone that I spoke to either over the phone or in person was super nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I texted Rolando Sunday night about my ac not working. I endured 80+ degrees in my home. He responded immediately saying he will have a tech out the following day. Jorge came and identified the problem and called me right away to inform me the issue. He needed a piece for the ac. I asked him if it were possible to repair the ac the same day. He said he would do the best he can as he had to go pick the piece up and come back in evening after his other appointments. I don’t know how he did it, but he came back as quickly as he could and repaired my ac. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was top notch!! This is now my HVAC/AC company!

Excellent service! Yonny and Tony were on time and extremely professional. They replaced my breaker and switch in less than 30min and even stayed to make sure I tested it and was happy before they left! 10000% recommend

Received A/c service from Rolando’s HVAC. Yuniel was perfect. Very professional, neatly dressed, and well-groomed. Very knowledgeable about HVAC processes and completed the job with excellence. He explained the diagnostics of what caused the A/C to stop working and showed before and after pictures of the unit when damaged and repaired. He even cleaned the ducts. What an amazing job!!! High recommendations for Yuniel for his skills and professionalism. Jorge Rosquete came to inspect our units since we just moved into our new home. He was very kind and professional and gave his recommendations for our needs. We had a bit unusual situation with our AC, and some unwanted visitors (mice), also a poorly installed return. Speaking with Rolando was easy and comfortable. Jorge, a pleasant and helpful younger family man, came to see what we needed, and in looking, realized we had to take care of the rodents and call him back, and so we did, and he came back and helped repair the two main issues we had. Due to the previous installation, he could not reach what he needed from the attic, but was able to do the work on the return from inside the home, and we were fixed up in no time. He even went out of his way to do a coil service on the spot and a capacitor change as he showed me ours was out of spec. Reasonable and good work. We definitely would recommend Rolando’s HVAC services!

Yuniel came by today and did such a thorough job of fixing my HVAC system! Cleaned the coils, wrapped new insulating in the unit outside and set up a whole new thermostat for me. He explained how everything worked and made sure I understood before he left. Clean, thoroughly organized and friendly. All done within an hour. Highly recommend.

Rolandos did a great job installing mini splits and addressing complex conditions on site! The team is professional and hard working. Rolando is a hand-on problem solver. The installers are extremely dedicated. Eileen in the office is incredible. I have just hired Rolandos again for another job!

Yuniel I think was his name. He was super friendly. He communicated every little thing what he was doing with me as he was doing it he even allowed me time to go to my personal bedroom and get ready for work lol I was a little bit behind on time but regardless they did everything they needed to do way before the time I even had to leave and he was super friendly to my dogs as well. I really recommend him 10 out of 10 in this company overall he was even kind enough to change out my air filter for one of his own and didn’t even charge me extra and I thought that was very nice of him and Boy my filter Was filthy
