This company is 100% top notch across the board and I cannot recommend them enough. The communication was fantastic from the very beginning, they called me letting me know what day and time the tech Jose would arrive and the morning of the appointment which was literally the next day, i received a phone text letting me know Jose was on his way and they provided a link to see his GPC coordinates so i knew how far away he was. Their van was extremely clean, Jose was dressed professionally, greeted me with a smile as he introduced himself and after i showed him the location of the a/c he went right to work! He had to deal with my aggressive barking dog that was crated and he didn’t complain one bit. My air works again, thank goodness and Jose even cleaned up inside my house where the fan blower was. During an unprecedented cold front, when the temp was 27 degrees, our heater stopped working. We have a 9 month old and a 3 year old. I called for an appointment that morning panicking a bit, and Rolando moved some things around to make sure our babies were warm. The service was quick, the worker was knowledgable and kind, and the fix was immediate. 150/100 do recommend.

My property management company referred ROLANDOS and from the beginning to the end they have been amazing. Jose was sent for the initial review and I knew we needed a new garage door. It was so old and would bend and pop and then Damarys said that Dasay would be coming out today 1/23/26 9-1.
He showed up right at 9:15, helped me move things out of the way to get to the track and he got straight to work. He said about 3-3.5 hours and he was so accurate on time was done by 12:30.
He was so fast and professional and thr communication was hard bc I dont speak fluent Spanish but he called to have someone translate which was no problem.

About eight months ago, my air conditioner broke, and someone recommended Rolando’s Air Conditioning. I called them, and to my surprise, a technician showed up after 5 PM to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent almost two hours fixing the issue. At that time, we already knew my 15-year-old unit would eventually need to be replaced.

About a month ago, I decided to move forward with the replacement and scheduled an appointment, but due to a family emergency, I had to cancel. They understood completely and told me to call whenever I was ready. When I called back a week later, they accommodated me with a new appointment within two days—very fast and very easy.

From the moment the appointment was set, their communication was excellent. I received an email confirming the date, then another with the exact time and a picture of the technician who would be coming. On the day of installation, I even received a reminder 30 minutes before arrival letting me know the tech was on the way. And yes—they arrived on time.

The technicians were polite, professional, in uniform, and very respectful of my home. I showed them the areas they would be working in—the garage and outside unit—and they immediately got to work. They neatly moved all items out of the way, rebuilt the base inside the garage with new wood and insulation, and prepared everything perfectly for the new system.

Outside, I was extremely impressed. They replaced my old, tiny cement pad with a brand-new, bigger, sturdier one for the outdoor unit. They fully updated the wiring, checked the switches, and even replaced one that wasn’t working properly.

Their cleanliness and attention to detail stood out the most. They swept and cleaned the garage after finishing, painted the new wood they installed, and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived. The entire installation took about eight hours, and they never rushed anything.

Before they left, the technician took the time to teach me how to use the new digital thermostat. I told him I wasn’t great with technology, so he walked me through every step—turning it on and off, adjusting settings—and made sure I felt comfortable using it.

It’s now been a month since the installation, and everything is running perfectly. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the unit, the professionalism of the team, their communication, their work ethic, and the overall experience.

I would absolutely recommend Rolando’s Air Conditioning to anyone. The price was fair, the service was exceptional, and the results were even better than I expected. Truly a 10 out of 10.

Yuniel was excellent when providing service to the house I rent. He is professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details. He came to check on my air vent and and went above and beyond just for good measure checked everything HVAC for maintenance reason. I recommend him 100%. Punctual and very courteous.

Yuniel was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and immediately went straight to work. He changed out the bad compressor cleaned the coils outside and cleaned out the drain line to make sure it was flowing properly. He cleaned up nicely and was nice to clean his shoes off while coming into my home. He was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Now this picture I took has only been 15 minutes since he’s been here and it was 85° and it’s already down to 78. We had an excellent experience with Rolando’s H.V.A.C. LLC today. Yuniel came out to service our home and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire visit. He worked very well with my husband, explained everything clearly, and took the time to carefully go through all possible issues when our heat was not working.

Outstanding! My neighbors turned me onto Rolando’s. They did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC. Their customer service is equally outstanding. From Danny in sales to the finished product they are great. The ladies in the office are very customer service oriented. Had a slight filter issue but they came back and changed it out. Ariel was awesome! He diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system efficiently and quicker than I had expected. He also found loose wires at our main panel for our A/C that we were not even aware of to begin with and fixed that as well. I was excited to get a new AC, and I got it, and the AC works great. But the amount of mess the workers left stole my joy.
Screws on the driveway, small pieces of trash on the grass. The trash they did pick up (some pipes, old thermostat and other junk) was put in a recycling bin for cardboard. They didn’t cover anything in the garage - so now big pieces of insulation and that yellow dust from it is all over my tools and cleaning supplies, white dust from cutting the ceiling is all over the floor and my storage boxes. Scratched the paint on the floor. They disconnected my washer and moved it away and didn’t put it back. Trash outside, trash inside. The unit is brand new, looks cool and all, but all the mess around it makes me leave only 1 star.
They called in advance to confirm the time and then rescheduled last minute. Worked from 9am to 6pm.
I’m not satisfied.

What a great family business! Northside takes care of you like YOU are family. Today we returned from vacation to find our AC was out and got to speak to a live person named Briley and she was so warm and professional, reassuring us that we would get service as quickly as possible. Later this morning Gary arrived and again was as warm and professional as could be, even making friends with the dog and my younger kids. He got right on it, diagnosed and fixed the issue. I cannot recommend a company more highly.
