Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He also took the time to explain the work that he completed and what we can do to keep our unit running trouble free.

Northside has been our go-to company for a number of years and they never disappoint. The install team (Junior/Ben/Jay) did a great job with our latest unit, and Will is always able to quickly diagnose the issues with our machines and get them fixed.

Will and Brian did a great job explaining what needs to be repaired, and they provided excellent and clear information on all the options, including replacing the system. 02/02/26 EDIT: Ben and Jay did an EXCELLENT job installing my new HVAC. I look forward to many years of increased comfort combined with lower electric bills.

Brian came out today to install a part that had to be ordered. Northside kept me informed daily until the part came in and I really appreciate that. Brian was really informative about my unit and did a really great job. I highly recommend Northside

Honest and genuine company, I wanted to get my coils cleaned and they said it’s still good and no need. They didn’t upsell or want to make a quick buck, but were honest and ethical. We don’t have many companies like this these days unfortunately! So I highly recommend them. I definitely plan to use them when I do maintenance later this year

We have used this company in our current house since we moved here 7 years ago. We had an old system (3 units) replaced, thermostats replaced etc. and follow-up maintenance.
They are very responsive to issues by sending techs out as soon as possible. The techs are very knowledgeable and polite and amongst them they are able to solve complex problems. The phone/office staff are also very pleasant and sometimes are able to help, like helping to reset a locked thermostat. We trust that they will do their best as soon as possible.

Great service , Rob has been a huge help. We purchased our house with an off brand HVAC unit. Every other technician/company who came to look at it refused to work on it and claimed the only thing to do would be replace the whole system. Rob was the only one who was willing to help us out and has been able to get it working every time there is an issue. Couldn’t recommend enough.
