I would recommend Northside Services to anyone. When my AC quit working, I contacted them. They came out to see what was going on. Unfortunately at 18+ years, my ac just decided to quit. They gave me a quote and within 2 days I had a completely new system installed and up and running. The crew that came out was very professional. I dealt with Walker in the office and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He got back to me in a timely manner and answered any questions that I had. Both Rob H, and Will H. just let my house after spending over an hour diagnosing my Daikin Mini split system . They Both spent time explaining what they were doing at each step and are consummate professionals , respectful in everyway . Northside Services is my go to for any AC issue . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing ac service.

Somehow I blew a fuse (which was beyond my pay grade to fix myself - where the heck is the fuse anyway?) when I changed my filter and found myself without heat during the coldest weather we've ever had. Rob came and diagnosed the problem and had my heat back up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Same day service.

We’ve had this company out twice in the past week (first for our upstairs AC unit and then for the downstairs one) and both experiences were excellent. The customer service team went above and beyond and was able to schedule same-day visits both times.

When my unit was spliced due to the people who owned the house before me....this company came out and made the transition easy to get a brand new unit. They put family and your home first, they were here all day and wouldn't leave until the job was done and correct. They broke down all the features and how everything worked and why it does what it does. I've used them multiple times and I can tell you without a reasonable doubt they are the most fair in pricing and they have financing if it's something that isn't affordable at the time.
