Northside Services provides exemplary services! Their excellent customer service doesn't stop with the inital call, it carries forward throughout the entire service repair process. From my first conversation with Brilea regarding the problem with my heat pump, to my last conversation with Rob, the repair technician, reagrding the final resolution and repair, I was treated with kindness, courtesy and respect. Rob arrived timely, identified the problem, explained the issue to me in terms I could understand, and educated me on how the unit worked so I could identify future issues. The pricing for the repair was extremely reasonable, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Northside Services will be my go to provider for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Good morning. Northside Services come out once a year to service my A/C unit. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years now, and they do excellent Service. My attendance who came out was Mr. Chip who performed great customer service a long with informative information and details.

Will was the technician who serviced my two units. Will was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing to diagnose what I had observed happening with my a/c units. He did explain one of my units is exhibiting startup issues that may require attention in the future. Both units were functioning well when he was done. I highly recommend Northside Services as a trustworthy and honest company.

I had several air-conditioning companies come out to give me quotes, but Brian truly stood out. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind. It was obvious that he genuinely had the best interest of me and my family in mind when discussing our air-conditioning needs and the installation of a completely new unit.
Making a large purchase like this can be stressful, and I know many of us worry about being taken advantage of. Brian completely put me at ease. He took his time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. While other companies gave similar information, none of them provided the same level of care, clarity, and attention that Brian did.
Ultimately what made my decision easy was the overall experience — the interaction, the honesty, and the genuine, heartfelt kindness he showed toward me and my family. That level of caring is rare and truly appreciated.

I had the pleasure of meeting "Chip" A/C technician from Northside Services-Air Condtioning & Home Solutions.
Chip was very friendly and knowledgeable. He possessed Excellent Customer Care Skills!!!
He was very informative as to what his task was on my Bi-Yearly maintenance on A/C unit that was installed 2 yrs ago by Northside Services.
He was very respectful of my home. He use foot covers to enter to assure no debris came into my home. He was very aware of working in hall way where A/C handler was located. He left "No"
sign of any debris when he was finished.
Chip had been to my home on my, last, Bi- Annual Maintenance of my A/C.
He was just as Friendly and Concineous with his Excellent Customer Care Services!!

Full service was excellent. Chip was very good at his job and kept me informed every step of the way. The higher cost was because both of my specially installed UV lights needed replacement. Great service, great company I have for years.

When it comes to these guys, I honestly can’t say enough good things. Top-notch service and even better people.

We needed a full unit installed in the home we just moved into, and they made the whole process easy. The install was quick and professional, they double-checked the control system to make sure everything was working properly, and they left us feeling completely taken care of.

Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable A/C work done right.
