The signs were there from the start with first appointment cancelation last minute wasting my time alloting time to be present for the service. Reschedule looked like he wasn't going to turn up again, had a a 2-4pm window and tech came just after 4pm.

I felt no respect for my home when he was invited in and just started walking around like he owned the house instead of asking for directions and being escorted etc.

What was expressed and should have been a duct cleaning only turned into a bait and switch with pressure to add UV and other services constantly, he was told to sell and that he tried, his skills were just very poor and felt more like intimidating and repetitive request to buy which was not appreciated. When I finally made it clear that no other services were needed politely, oh my his attitude changed into a very short temper and annoyed state, very dismissive and zero care to even hide how upset he felt at being turned down. He even kept muttering to himself in annoyance.

It was cold when he performed service and the days following. When it warmed up, it was not till then I noticed my system was dead. Found it to be internally disabled, I believe sabotage in retaliation. But even if it was a "mistake," still goes down the road of extremely poor workmanship to leave a customer's HVAC disabled. Resulting in discomfort, loss of use of cooling and cost to have the unit repaired. He also left a cheap tool inside my unit, had the fan came on it could have caused severe damage.

Very bad decision in bringing this company into my home. I do not want to be contacted by them or see them again.

I don't like to write bad reviews. But hopefully this saves someone else in the future from what happened to me.

Yovel visited us today. He was extremely helpful and took great care of us. This was the first time I have ever had this done. He explained everything well and was very quick. Overall we are very pleased with this work.
