ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY FROM AIR FLO LLC. IF YOU'RE A WOMAN, HAVE A MAN BE PRESENT WITH YOU DURING VISIT. This is real, honest review, real life experience.

The tech was so angry, and I was so scared of his presence in my house that I paid him with Zelle like he asked me so he can leave my presence. It was a very horrible experience no one needs to have.
The tech came to give me an estimate for Dryer and AC vent cleaning. He was extremely rude and completely disrespectful. He has no respect for women.

I asked him for an estimate, he told me "oh yeah it will be really easy because this is a new built home". He went with a ladder on the side of my house that has the vent, and came back 5 mins later to tell me since the house is brand new, there's nothing in your dryer air duct vent, so that'll be $79. I was like what!

When I told him the company says the estimate was free. Then he told me"well, I cleaned your dryer vent but there's nothing to show because the house is brand new". I said that makes no sense. He then said he puts his brush down the duct whether he comes up with something or not, in my case it is $79 regardless.

I asked him why did he not tell me what he was going to do before he did it? Why did he not get my permission to proceed with the job first? Why he did not give me an estimate first and let me give him the approval to proceed? That's when he got really angry and said a lot of stuff to me then asked me rudely to pay him with cash or Zelle now.

We called Airflo from an ad in the ValPack coupon envelope for the air and dryer vent service. The service technician, Idan, was on time and professional. My wife and I were suspicious about the condition of our dryer vent and Idan identified and corrected a potenitally dangerous condition that was preventing the dryer from expelling lint completely. Getting the lint cleaned from your dryer is an important service issue that can save your home and your lives. I recommend this company, fast, ontime, knowlegeable and clean.

Pablo did an excellent job with my AC cleaning. He was punctual, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend his service!

Stan was very helpful and efficient with his service. He took the time to make sure I knew what service I was receiving and understanding the process. He was timely, friendly and professional!

Tony was great and showed us where our issues were or not were and kept us informed and gave us options at each possible additional step. He showed us what came out of the vent and AC as they were cleaned and overall provided great service at a very reasonable price.

Our technician, Al was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything and was honest with what needed to be done. He did a great clean up job afterwards too! We highly recommend Al.

Gil was amazing and nice..He answered all my questions that I had in reference to my air ducts being cleaned he also offered different solutions for me to choose from for the problem that I had.. he was also very professional.. I will definitely be using airflow again in the future..

Had duct and dryer service performed. Had some mold issues in attic so installed UV light system. Tony did a great job explaining procedure and showing pictures of areas of mold and with pricing. Had lots of dust issues in our home, hoping this thorough cleaning helps with that.

Can’t say enough about Alon! I recently moved my Mother into a villa that had pet birds beforehand. I had the entire system cleaned and Alon found more issues that would affect air quality and showed me videos explaining everything.
