Our 15-year-old HVAC system was on its last legs. Found them through a local Facebook group and the reviews were spot on. They did a complete system replacement including new furnace, AC unit, and smart thermostat. Professional service from start to finish. They've earned a customer for life.

Very courteous and approachable

This company caused a disaster in a high rise building which resulted in a forced evacuation of a signature high rise tower in downtown Saint Petersburg. This occured over the 4th of July weekend forcing scores of residents in the high rise to flee. By damaging pipes and flooding the building and knocking out all 3 elevators as well as the HVAC system, the fire department had to be called to assist the elderly down the steps of this 30 plus floor building. This should never have happened but what got me was that on the 4th of July there were no plumbers from this company that caused the problem in the first place.

They never answer phone or return calls for service. Even during business hours. I was recommended them by a friend however I've decided to pay extra and go elsewhere. At least they (competitors) answer the phone.
