We had an ongoing plumbing issue that hadn’t been fully resolved before, and Zach B did an outstanding job diagnosing it. He was very knowledgeable, meticulous in his approach, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and why. Thorough, hands-on, and clearly experienced.

We hired Hawkins to fix and upgrade our pool equipment. Arturs Kalejs was our technician and he was on time, professional and polite. He did a great job with the install and took time to explain everything to me. He also left the area, clean and tidy when he was finished. Highly recommend!

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what the problem was with air conditioning/heater and told me that I needed an electrician and he set the appointment up. The next day which was a Sunday an electrician , Jaron, quickly figured out where problems was and fixed it. Which was awesome since it was such a cold week and now we have heat. The problem he found and fixed could have been a fire hazard. I am very grateful of his expertise . Great technicians!! Very impressed with company Hawkins.

Andrew took care of a pool issue for us. He was knowledgeable friendly and patient with my 100 questions. He’s been the best service tech we have ever had since building our pool in 2017!

Blake was very helpful and understanding, he was compassionate around my financial circumstances and quickly responded with a viable solution. He was very professional and courteous in spite of my clear frustration, and I appreciate his kindness and help greatly. This is very precarious time for Senior Citizens, and yet his concern was in my best interest and I am so very grateful, which is why I did not even consider comparing another company or getting other opinions. I trusted him after he explained the situation and worked with me with such concern around my needs and my budget. He is top shelf!

Daniel was equally helpful and professional. He called Blake and asked for his assistance to demonstrate the problem with the pipes under the ground outside and under the house; he explained what he believed was the problem and he also cleared up the current issue to the best possible solution. He was very understanding, as I was frustrated and upset with the cost that I have continued to incur. I appreciate his understanding and remedy, working with me and for me with the understanding he demonstrated. He, too, is top shelf!

Our tech, Troy , was fantastic! Polite, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained all the possible causes and solutions upfront, walked us through each step he planned to take, and handled the blockage quickly and efficiently. After fixing the issue, he retested everything to make sure the lines were completely clear and that we were fully satisfied. Highly recommend! I have used Hawkins in the past for electrical and gas repairs and have always received prompt and reliable service. I have referred them many times to my neighbors and will continue to do so.

Hawkins did such a great job with our condo unit HVAC replacement. They came in the afternoon and after giving us a great price, were at our place by 9 am with everything ready to roll the following day. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a leak on our outside spigot and had to turn off all water into the house, and on a weekend. After my husband trying to fix it, and realizing it was a bigger project, I called around and Hawkins was able to send someone on a Sunday! Zack was amazing, professional, and got it fixed in no time- even with my husband asking 100 questions. Highly recommend!

Darius and Daniel installed my new pool equipment today. They worked all day and did a fantastic job. Everything looks great! In addition they help me download the app and show me how to use the remote control. I am very satisfied, highly recommend!

Hawkins was extremely fair to deal with, we're very organized, and kept me informed of exactly who was coming out via a text with a picture of the tech to expect, as well as a call from my tech Jason. This shows the well thought out attention to detail from those that run this company.

Jason my tech was very thorough, professional and friendly. He even put covers over his boots even though I said it wasn't necessary. He reasoned through my potential issues and explained things thoroughly.

Hawkins Electrical has been servicing my rental property specifically my pool equipment and electrical panel for over 5 years. My technician Lewis, did an amazing and thorough job diagnosing my pool pump and hottub issues today making sure to check everything and walk me through the whole process from start to finish. He explained what could be the problem and the next steps in addressing them.

Hawkin's as a company has definitely improved their dispatch over the years it use to be weeks out during busy season and now I am often getting next day/week service which i greatly appreciate, especially for my rental guests who typically need quick turnaround service. I also enjoy their pool membership program and home program with excellent service benefits. Its nice having a company that can do all types of repairs.

Lewis arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our current issue, got us set up on a maintenance plan, and also provided a concrete plan to help us get our old outdated pool system modernized. Very highly recommend!!!!

I received a text message when the technician was on the way. This gave me time to leave work and head home to meet him. Justin was very friendly and I explained what I needed to be done with my gas appliance installation and inspection. He throughly took the time to access the costs and provided me with an estimate. Daniel Menhart fixed my toilet. He did an awesome job. He is an amazing plumber and wish all tradesman that came to visit my house were as great as he is. Daniel Menhart is the reason I will call Hawkins service company the next time I need work done on my house.

Jesse came to fix my condenser and was a stand up technician start to finish! He was skilled, expedient, helpful and courteous. I had a great experience using their services and my capacitor was fixed and a/c back up and running within hours of calling them. I highly recommend Jesse and this company!!!

I am a single mother who was EXTREMELY overwhelmed with a thousand gallon leak under my home. Tuesday, I scheduled an inspection with Shawn, and by Thursday Jeremy and Marshall was done; no more leak. I will recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing issues.

Replaced my Solar water heater at the house. They were fast to the house and very professional.
Luke, who installed the heater was amazing ,along with Sean who handled the cost of the service and was able to get that down to the lowest price without compromising anything. He also did an amazing job explaining everything. As soon as they got to the house, I felt comfortable knowing that it’s a family run business. My phones, artificial intelligence actually recommended them as Being number one in the area. God bless this company and everybody that works with them. I think next year I’ll have them do gas Generator for Hurricane seasons to come.

Our heat has not been functioning properly. I have used Hawkins multiple times over the years and they never disappoint! Our tech today was Brennan Gibson and he was EXCEPTIONAL! He thoroughly investigated, explained our options in depth with impressive knowledge. I don’t trust HVAC companies, in general…..the last tech from Hawkins made me feel comfortable in the repair I ended up doing and Brennan was even a step above that gentleman! Very satisfied!

Darius is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable electrician. He quickly identified the root cause of the issue with my pool lights and resolved it efficiently and correctly. His professionalism stood out, not only did he complete the job with precision, but he also made sure everything was clean, organized, and in perfect order before leaving. Truly outstanding work.
