FAST of Florida did a great job with several plumbing jobs at my home. Had appointment next day and Melvin installed all new bath plumbing fixtures and piping (ours were old and stiff and about to come loose from the wall), new Kohler kitchen faucet, two outside hose spigots (one was leaking bad), toilet fill valve and flushed our tankless hot water heater that was past due needing done. . Highly recommend and Melvin did an outstanding job!

Melvin from FAST of Florida was courteous , respectful and professional. Kept me updated and exactly what was being done and did a great job in installing my new water heater!

Chris was a pleasant and helpful young man. Our new furnace line has clogged and needed to be blown out twice. Our former unit never had this problem. The repairs were quite costly. Chris suggested we buy a pump that puts the chemicals needed in the line automatically. We are thinking about it because that costs more than $1000, about 1/6 the cost of the furnace. Since this is a continual problem, there should be a built in solution. The problem is not with Chris

Salim came over to do an estimate of some electrical work. I wanted an electrical outlet outside where he could tap into an outlet directly from the inside. He was friendly, professional, and straightforward. The price seemed excessive, so I will be doing some research and getting other quotes to educate myself on the matter. Otherwise, Fast of Florida in the past, has done quality, honest work.

We had a new HVAC installed a couple of months ago and did not need to use the heating option until it got in the mid 30's in Florida. For some reason the system did not recognize the heating option so we called FAST and technician Jason V. came out. He programmed the thermostat to recognize the heating kit that had been previously installed & got it working so we could be comfortable. There was no cost to us and we appreciated the very prompt, friendly and professional service!!!

Company wasn’t upfront on the costs until they got to my house. They wanted 700.00 + dollars just to open up the ceiling and the price would go up depending on what the issue is. This company is not even aligned with the other local plumbing co.’s costa. If you have money to throw away, then use FAST plumbing. The technician was extremely nice but in today’s world, price rates high up there too!

Chris came out and did a full inspection of the AC unit in my rental. He was very detailed and thorough. He gave me peace of mind and recommendations to keep the AC running well. I use fast of Florida at my own home and I now use them at my rental.

I was really nervous about calling a plumber because I know they can sometimes take advantage of people that don’t know what’s going on. This wasn’t the case. They sent Phernell to my home the same day I called after hearing my urgency. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made Fast of Florida look trustworthy to work with for a big job if needed.

Joe came out to troubleshoot an issue that we were having with our drain IV system which was working sporadically since the initial install. He found what the issue was and rectified the situation. Very personable. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. A value to the company.

OMG, Buddy was such a great technician with his diagnosis. And equally, or perhaps beyond that, he talked common sense, with a compassionate empathy toward true customer service! If we ever need an hvac/heating technician, hands down, Buddy Herman for the win!

Great technician! Unfortunately, this company has gone downhill since it’s not locally owned anymore. We spent $2000 for less than two hours worth of work. “Labor” on warranty work total scam! Definitely looking for a new AC company

Phernell was exactly what I have come to expect from FAST of Florida. He told me what he would do if it were his home… I now have a properly sized ventless water heater. I have lived with one that was to small after an expensive remodel five plus years ago, SMH. I have much better flow and hotter water to my shower.He worked very well with the electrician and they took care of my situation the same day. I am tired of hearing about how expensive FAST of Florida is compared to some other. They show up. They answer questions. They do the work fast and then clean up. Most importantly, I don’t ever have to call them back. Ask for Phernell. I will be doing so.
