Buddy from Fast of Florida has been our HVAC technician for several years and we always request him for a service call. He is polite and conscientious and pays attention to detail. The tech has good but said he would email me the price for a system replacement. He did email me but the link required a password, which was not included. Perhaps he was scared off because there was another contractor at the house at the same time. When I was an inspector I inspected numerous FAST installations.I’d like to know what FAST’s price is.

We have been with Fast of Florida for over 13 years. All of their technicians have been great. They have showed me many maintenance practices over the years to prevent problems with our AC.

I had an issue with my AC not working and after I called FAST of Florida, He was there within an hour… Chris did a thorough troubleshooting of my system, made a couple of adjustments, checked the circuit breakers and had me back up and running within 30 minutes…. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely request Chris for future service!

FAST of Florida sent electrician Curtis Fisher to my house for a service call on an electrical outlet that my microwave is plugged into. This review is more a review of Curtis. Curtis was very knowledgeable when it came to electrical work and performing the work to repair my outlet, extremely nice, friendly, polite, honest, and respectful, as well as even very professional looking in appearance. He was very transparent and fair when it came time to talk business as far as cost goes, and he was not pushy in any way from a sales perspective and was not trying to sell me anything that I didn’t necessarily need. Curtis exemplified everything you would want in an electrician, or anyone coming to your home to do work for that matter. He’s the kind of person I would feel comfortable recommending to my family and friends, and if I hire this company again for electrical work I will be requesting him. I would rate him a 6/5. As for FAST, I’ve used them a few times and they are pretty good but a little on the high side for pricing it seems. If you can negotiate with them a little the prices can be reasonable.

I called to get assistance in regards to my washing machine water outlet faucets, due to fact they were leaking and were in desperate need of repair. They sent out a plumber within a a couple hours. Plumber ‘Henri’ arrived and assessed the problem. Henri knew immediately what the problem was and explained in detail what needed to be done. He quoted a price as well as explaining the price down to the dollar. We agreed on the price and Henri was back the next morning. Henri completed the work and I inspected all that he done….it was perfect! Henri even assisted me in hooking up our new washing machine and made sure everything was hooked up properly. Henri left no mess to clean up and he even appeared proud of his own work lol. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Plumber Henri was kind, knowledgeable and at times he and I had a few laughs. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if I were in need of a serious plumbing repair as long as they sent someone like the amazing Henri Sala.

I have used Sunstate for many years. I am always very happy with the job they perform. I have referred them to many friends and customers and everyone has had a great experience.

We had a leak coming from a clogged AC drain and running down the wall when we arrived home late Friday night. We called other shops and didn’t hear back. But, Sunstate called right back and came first thing Saturday morning and fixed the leak! Professional, responsive and great communication. A+++

Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Sunstate. They are very knowledgeable and offered me several options to solve my AC issue. They also followed up to ensure I was happy with my AC and to answer any questions I had regarding the operation of the AC.

Joe and his team have always provided courteous, prompt, affordable service. He is a kind man who truly cares about his customers. So appreciative that he is working extra long days right now to try to take care of as many customers as possible while we deal with such exreme heat this summer!

Don’t respond to 15 calls or messages. Owners finally responds to an email a month later saying he’s too busy. I can appreciate the demand on subs at the moment, but the cocky attitude isn’t becoming of a reputable business.

Originally I contacted SSM as they were given high marks by a neighbor. My experience was a very good one. Joe is meticulous and a professional at all levels. When he cuts wires, he keeps the clippings not to litter the yard! Two thumbs up from me.

Sunstate has replaced and maintained our a/c units for the past few years. We have been very satisfied with their service, response times, and costs have been reasonable and competitive.

Our heat pump stopped working. We were thinking that our 8-yr-old HVAC was done-fer. We looked up HVAC pros in the area on HomeAdvisor and liked what people had to say about Sunstate and its owner, Joe. True to the reviews, Joe showed up on time and repaired the heat pump (actually, a fuse in the air handler), and rather than try to sell us a new unit, told me that this unit is still good and could last us another four years. Really great experience.

Honest and reasonable pricing. These guys know there stuff! They installed a new system for us in 2022 and have been providing maintenance service ever since. Great attention to detail and customer service.

These guys are rock solid. Had another AC company tell me a unit was hopeless, they came in and fixed it in a few hours and for about $200. They were timely and professional. I've dealt with many hvac companies and I would suggest these guys hands down. Thanks for the great honest work gents.

I am so pleased with my new AC Unit. The techs went above and beyond the call of duty (thank you Brian and Randy.....when the inspector came he commented on the quality of your work). If you are looking to replace your AC Unit, I would highly recommend using Sunstate....you will not be disappointed.

Quality work at competitive costs. Have had several issues resolved by Sunstate. Honest and ethical employees. They will not try and sell you something you do not need. Also this company is very responsive.
