Henry was great! Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and was able to come back the next morning and make the repairs. He was great at explaining what was needed and did a great job.

Eric arrived and was thorough, professional, experienced and completed the replacement cartridge in my shower quickly. Amazing!

He was on time, very pleasant, explained everything, even signed me up for yearly maintenance, got 20% off my bill for it. Did everything that was needed, toilets flush, shower and tub drain, wonderful service, great job.

The Fast employee did a thorough job of checking my AC/Heating units in my condo in Town Shores. Also he was very polite and knowledgeable.

After several visits from FAST , Axel solved the problem no other tech was able to. Still surprised I had to pay 49 $, since installing the drip pan ( without float switch, why ? ) is part of the 10.000,00 brand new AC.
The original installation included a float switch, Harvey cut it off.

I manage the property here. One the garbage disposals malfunctioned needing replacement - Phernell Marry was an excellent representative for FAST - he arrived at the house when he said he would - identified the problem - remedied the situation in short order

I called this morning and Fast was fast.
Jason looked my unit over carefully and recommended replacement due to age of unit and # of problems.
They came within an hour of me ordering my new AC heat pump unit in the morning. Installation took a few hours, but it's now up and running in the early afternoon. Two men came -- Jorge worked on the inside unit, while Steve worked outside.

He was very prompt and quick to give me an estimate. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the repair done, but I will call him again very professional.

My AC stopped working late in the evening on Friday. I requested service that night online and by 12:30 pm the next day my AC was up and running! Havey was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I am so grateful for his speedy HVAC repair.
