Wow. I called them after another company quoted me $12-16k to repair or replace my system. Was literally in tears thinking I was going to just sell my house as is to a flipper bc no way could I afford that.

Albert, from Ricks came out bc I wanted to really make sure my ac was done. Albert was out with in an hour of my call. Told me there was no evidence of the stuff they use to find leaks, even tho the other company claimed they did it last Friday, came out today and "found" a leak in the upstairs handler.

Albert showed me what the product looked like and how there's no way to put it in without leaving traces of it. Compared it to how when you change your oil there's always some spillage or it gets on your hands. There was no evidence of it from the previous company.

Rick's charged me $35 for the service call and injected the dye AT NO CHARGE with the instructions to call back in a month so they can come back at NO CHARGE to check for leaks. Albert was adamant to not spend another penny on the AC until they could come back and actually get an idea of whether there's actually a problem. Agreed that my unit is older, but said basically if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

So to all you companies who make your techs salesmen , see ya later. Albert and Rick are my guys.

Super honest and efficient. Best part was that Rick was genuinely trying to get my problem resolved as CHEAPLY as possible. Most of us fear all those companies out there that do the exact opposite. He tried hard to replace only parts that were bad and went so bad as to investigate if my major component was still under warranty even though I'm not the original owner. Thanks to him and his crew, I'm up and running one day later. Hope I don't need AC help for a while but if I do he's definitely my guy

Had some issues with our AC not cooling our house down and Rick and his team were quick and thorough with their work. We had a previous company come out and said they couldn’t do anything else for us however Rick found the root cause of issue and fixed at right away.

Rick was contacted by my property management company about an AC problem, and within 10 minutes he was dispatching a rep to my condo. Once he checked the air handler, Yosniel immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and instructed me on how to prevent it from happening again. From time of contact to time of completion was less than 45 minutes.

I have used there services for over 10 years. They have always been dependable.

These guys I used Crownstar AC Repair Tampa for AC repair this past weekend. genuinely professional, priced right. No complaints here.

Jesse the best with working on our HVAC system. We have used this company for about 5-6 yrs now. They kept our system working and we have no problems calling when we have issues. Since we have a membership they do bi-annual service maintenance and offer free electrically and plumbing checks too.

First let me say the tech Rodolfo was excellent and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The admin staff was professional and polite. The charge was excessive and was at least double almost triple the average to replace two light switches in the same location. I furnished the switches and the cost was almost $600. which is ridiculous. Again like Red Cap plumbing they use a book with cost. I will never use them again because of their unfair excessive pricing. No recommendations from me.

Arthur from Hawkins was a great service provider. Arthur Took time explaining things to me and was detailed. Very happy with level of service and quick response with appointment made quickly. They even bumped up my appointment when they had a cancellation. Arthur made sure everything worked easily with paired phone (as controller of pool heater/filter pump) as well before leaving. I signed up for their pool maintenance contract as well as i was impressed with level of service but not pressured in any way at the same time to sign up for that additional maintenance program which I really appreciated. (Nothing worse than pushy salesman in my opinion). They replaced the top lid to my pump (previous one was cracked and losing prime), removed old heater/ installed new heater, and replaced air relief valve on filter. If your filter or heater on your pool needs maintenance don’t hesitate to call Hawkins and request Arthur, you won’t regret it. Pictures show the old vs new heater.

I want to personally thank the Hawkins team (Jake, Joe, Rey, Bradley) for all their effort with the diagnosis, planning and install of our heat pump system. They proved to be trained professionals and the install was a great success. Keep up the good work.

Got a leaky pipe in the concrete wall. Contact HSC and Sean came out to detect the leak and give me a quote. They sent Zachary out the next day to fix it. Unfortunately right after he opened up the wall, his boss contacted him and sent him out to fix an emergency water flooding issue. Now I am left with a hole in the wall and no water for the house! Zack came back the next morning to complete the job. Very happy with the end result!!! And Zack did give me a discount for the inconvenience. So all in all completely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this company!!!! Sean and Zack were very professional and highly skilled in their respective positions. Great job you guys.

I have had the absolute best experience with Brian helping to get our pool up and running again. He is responsive, thorough, professional and will go the extra mile to make sure he gets the job done right. I’ve had many poor experiences with these types of home repairs and different companies around the Brandon area, and my experience with Brian has by far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend!

Hawkins originally was the subcontracted electrical on our pool. They were very professional, had great communication, and did clean work, so we hired them again when some electrical inside malfunctioned. Every technician has been great- maybe they’re upselling me but they seem very honest and have even indicated certain things we could do ourselves to save money. We’ve used several other large companies in the area and they were SO expensive and charged $1800 for literally everything. I won’t say Hawkins is cheap but they do quality work and the pricing is more in line. A small thing, but I also really love that they always wear booties inside and I never have to ask.

I called Hawkins Service Company. 30 minutes later. A plumber responded. Ian. I can't say enough wonderful things about this man. I had a faucet disaster in my bathroom. He fixed it. I also needed a new toilet in the main bathroom. And he replaced it. And took away the old one. Very courteous, and personable. Also, before he came into my home. As a courtesy to me. He put on those protective booties over his work boots as not to make a mess I also found the pricing very reasonable.
