Sergi came out and worked quickly. Explained what he will be doing, how long it would take and what the overall process would look like. He was clean and courteous. I recommend Air Flo for your HVAC needs.

Our air is so clean now, instantly recognizable. Mike came to clean out both of our air vents and was extremely polite and mannered. He explained clearly what needed done and the options we had to choose from. The price of the service was excellent and as first-time customers, he went out of his way to make the experience smooth and affordable for us.

I wrote a one star review about 18 months ago saying how disappointed I was with this company. The new owner Pablo reached out to me last week and wanted to make it right (he didn't have to). He came out today replaced my uv light with technician Ben, fixed some air leaks and even refunded me the last visits charge from our vent cleaning. This is how you treat your customers and rebrand a company that wants to keep their reputation. I appreciate everything you did Pablo and Ben and I will use you guys in the future for my air duct needs. I truly hope Gil is gone and you have a successful business from now on.

I’m extremely satisfied with the duct cleaning, air conditioner sanitation, and UV light installation. The technician Stan was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with great care.

We contacted Air Flo to inspect A/C ducts in the attic because we were getting insulation material falling onto our floors from ceiling registers. The inspection revealed that rodents had eaten through the ductwork in many places causing significant damage.
We were very fortunate to have Ben, a supervisor/manager for Air Flo be the one who explained in thorough detail, with photos, the extent of the damage, what needed to be done and prepare a cost for the total replacement.
Based upon Ben's presentation and cost, we decided to replace all of the attic ductwork. Ben arrived on time with his crew today, February 13th.
Not only did they put down protection, but they also cleaned up as they proceeded with the work. Also, Ben checked our dryer vent, cleaned out the vent, replaced the connection flue pipe and vacuumed all the lint. Throughout the whole process, Ben and his crew were extremely courteous, careful and respectful.
We highly recommend Air Flo, especially Ben and his team for their efficiency in completing the whole duct replacement.

Fast, responsive, professional. We needed our air ducts cleaned in 2 of our houses and I received the AirFlo coupons in the mail from ValPak and I figured why not give them a try. I was very pleased with them, they responded quickly, showed up early, and walked me through the process. And it was only $99! I should have been doing this annually! Our house has been so dusty and I am looking forward to a much cleaner home and safer too! Thank you Daniel for being awesome and taking care of us!

Their employee Sagi was amazingly knowledgeable; he covered every aspect of what was needed and the procedures that were going to be involved to solve the bacteria problem we had in our A/C Air Handler; taking photographs as evidence. This is a new home, only 4 years old yet the bacteria developed because of the weather in Florida.

Tony comoleted my ductwork job in a professional and very efficient manner. He arrived today just ahead of his scheduled time which worked very well for me. He answered my questions and explained how my ducts were cleaned out.

Tony was very helpful and did a great job. He was very quick and gave us a great price to clean and sanitize all of the vents as well as informing us that there was mold in the vents and then killing all of the mold in the vents and installing a uv light so that it won’t come back. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

Stan is the man! Helped us out tremendously and did an excellent job! Saved us a lot of money and time. Educated us on what we can do to maintain rather than push extra services. Highly recommend this company and make sure to ask for Stan the man!

Daniel was great we breathe much better air quality and it’s only been a week , I’m really thinking about getting the uv light they explained about .

Stan was very helpful and informative on the process what was needed…but never pushy or trying to upsell.

I would recommend to anyone who may be having “allergy issues” at home.

He found mold in the AC unit and did a thorough job disinfecting and provided additional options for prevention.

All and all 5 stars

Tony came in and inspected my ac unit and informed me there was growth in the system and it could be cleaned out with a sanitizer and they could install a uv light to keep the growth from happening.

Tony quickly cleaned, sanitized, and installed the UV light and our services were done within 1.5 hours.

I felt the prices were affordable for what was done and I am happy with the service and professionalism of Tony. I would use these services again in the future
